As it is located in a residential area, we kindly ask you to respect the quiet hours to ensure everyone's comfort. The location offers easy access to the motorway, allowing you to explore the local culture of the region and the city of Viana.

The river beach is just a 5-minute drive away, and within 1 km, you'll find supermarkets, restaurants, and a pharmacy.


Guests enjoy free and exclusive access to their villa, while sharing all outdoor spaces, including the swimming pool, garden, parking area, leisure area, and green space.
Check-in and check-out are done in person, at times arranged directly with the guest. All guests must be identified during this process.



Villa T3 has 3 elegant suites, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a reading, offering comfort for 8 guests. Throughout the property, you will find inviting, charming nooks where history seamlessly blends with modern comfort.
Each suite includes a dedicated workspace, a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a television. The ground floor suite has been specially designed to ensure accessibility for guests with reduced mobility.
The contemporary décor adds a unique flair, while the shared outdoor area, complete with a swimming pool and lush green spaces, sets the perfect scene for moments of enjoyment.

The property features distinct units with outdoor areas shared by all guests. When available, the entire property can be reserved for enhanced privacy, at an additional cost.

Suite allocation is based on the number of guests, with standard occupancy set at 2 people per bed. If you would prefer a different arrangement, such as 1 guest per suite, please contact us in advance. This option may be subject to an additional fee.
