Situated just 50 meters from the local sandy beach and surrounded by a family-friendly neighborhood, this villa is the ideal place for families and couples seeking tranquility.



As you enter the villa from the upper floor, you are welcomed into a bright and inviting open-plan living space. The living room and dining area are seamlessly connected, creating a cozy atmosphere perfect for relaxation or dining with friends and family. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all modern amenities such as an oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. The upper floor also features a convenient WC for guests.



An internal staircase leads down to the lower floor, where you will find two well-appointed bedrooms. One bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, while the second features two single beds, providing flexibility for families or groups. These bedrooms share a large, modern bathroom with a shower and WC.



Additionally, on the ground floor there is an independent studio, which forms part of the main house but has its own private entrance from the outside. It features a semi-double bed, a small kitchenette, and a private shower/WC. This studio provides extra privacy, making it ideal for guests or teenagers who want their own space.



The villa’s exterior is designed to enhance the serene environment. A fenced courtyard surrounds the property, offering a private outdoor space where guests can unwind. The villa also boasts a balcony with beautiful views of the waterfront, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze and spectacular sunsets. Open-air parking is available right outside the villa, making access easy and convenient. The entire property is air-conditioned and equipped with mosquito nets for added comfort.



Petrina 3 Waterfront Villa is located in a peaceful, rural area that provides an authentic Cretan experience. It is just a short walk (50 meters) from a quiet local beach, where you can enjoy the soft sand and crystal-clear waters. A local supermarket is only 100 meters away, ensuring that you have everything you need within easy reach. Heraklion airport is 60 km from the villa, offering excellent transport links. Nearby, you’ll find charming local taverns and restaurants (150 meters), where you can savor the delicious flavors of traditional Cretan cuisine.



Upon arrival, the villa is presented in pristine condition, with all rooms thoroughly cleaned and prepared for your stay. For stays up to five days, no additional cleaning services are provided, but guests staying for seven days will find a full set of linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels) in the closets to refresh their rooms. For stays of 14 days or more, a mid-stay cleaning service is offered on the 7th or 8th day, with fresh linens and towels provided. Should any additional cleaning or linen needs arise during your stay, they will be promptly addressed upon request via phone.
