This beautiful 27 m² studio apartment, located on the top floor of the new “Le Saint-Louis” residence, is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay. Accessible by elevator, it enjoys a prime location just 100 meters from the beach, ideal for seaside holidays, with the main shopping street also within walking distance.

The apartment features a bright living area with two double bunk beds (140 × 190 cm), a sofa bed, a convivial dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with ease.
👉 All sleeping arrangements are provided with duvets and pillows for your comfort.

The kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils.

Adjoining the living area, the spacious bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail, hairdryer, washing machine, and an iron, offering great convenience during your stay.

Fans are available in the apartment for added comfort.

Outside, you will enjoy a south-facing balcony, perfect for relaxing moments and making the most of the Mediterranean climate.

A private parking space is allocated to the apartment. Free street parking is also available nearby if needed.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities available on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddling, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

The flat is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional service for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 60 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
