## Space
Nestled in the heart of the secure Marina Lodge residence, this charming 51 sqm villa is fully equipped to offer you a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

It features two bedrooms:
- the first with a 160 cm double bed,
- the second with a 140 cm double bed and two single bunk beds, ideal for families and children.
Each bedroom is equipped with duvets and pillows for your comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook just like at home and includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, classic coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, as well as everything you need to prepare your meals.

A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.

The bathroom, fitted with a shower and a washbasin, is equipped with a washing machine and a hair dryer. The toilet is separate, offering added daily comfort.

Outside, enjoy a lovely 17 sqm shaded wooden terrace and a private garden, opening onto the beautiful wooden walkways of the residence. The garden is equipped with a bioclimatic pergola, low and high outdoor furniture, a parasol, sun loungers, as well as an electric barbecue for your summer meals. Petanque balls are also available for convivial moments.

For your comfort throughout the year, the villa offers fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and access to the shared swimming pool of the residence, open from June 1st to September 30th.

A private parking space is allocated to the property and is located inside the residence’s closed and secure parking area.

Located just 400 meters from Farinette Beach and the lively shops of Vias Plage, this villa is the ideal setting for relaxing, practical, and friendly holidays.

The flat includes 1 private parking space at the entrance to the residence, closed by an electric gate.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

## Neighborhood
The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is completely enclosed. The residence is quiet and family-friendly. In summer, you can enjoy the residence's swimming pool.

## Transit
By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Saturday to Saturday.
A security deposit of 400 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
A baby kit (high chair and travel cot) can be rented as an optional extra for €10 per stay, ideal for traveling light with a young child.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 100 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
