âVery nice place. We will stay there again but I am done with Expedia. I bought the insurance and was forced to cut our trip short because of the flu. I went to use the insurance for reimbursement of the last day of our stay and was then informed I would need a doctor visit documentation. I had not consulted a physician so I'm out $130 plus the money I spent on the worthless insurance.â
âGreat stay. Lively but also calm quiet area with several walkable places to eat. Only negative to offer is that the room needed more lighting. We had a water pipe inexplicably burst under our sink at 11 at night. Called front desk and maintenance arrived quickly and guest services moved us to another room. Recognizing that accidents happen, I applaud the hotelâs redd ads pines and handling. â

âWe will definitely stay here again. Bed was comfortable, room was quiet, super convenient location and great staff. My only suggestion is that the bath towels were almost threadbare and made it feel like a much cheaper hotel. Also, the complimentary shampoo was terrible. Weâll be back but Iâll bring my own shampoo.â
âWalking distance to one of the many dining options in downtown Boise, or stay in for the incredible restaurant and bar in the Hotel itself. The rooms are historic and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, etc, etc...But what REALLY makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every single person I dealt with was more than accommodating to all of my needs. I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in town. â
