“We liked the room nice & clean. Bed sleeps very well. The only one thing missing is tiny side table for the left side of bed.. also the floor needs to be fixed. Caught my foot on a lifted piece of flooring. The breakfast station is fine also & clean. cereal & bagel & jam ,peanut butter, even cream cheese, yogourt, apple juice & very good coffee. Does not have lactose free milk like almond milk or oats milk. Very good stay at a very good price. Appreciate it. Thank you”

“Modern, clean, quiet. Very comprehensive instructions for check-in and check out. Great parking. We didn't cook but it looked like anything we would need was there. It's about a 25 minute walk to downtown and Fredericton has fabulous walking/biking paths so a lovely walk. Only one strange thing--it was impossible to plug in things like the hair dryer in any of the grounded plugs with a reset. We finally found that the receptacles at floor level were better, but it was very strange. Thought I...

“Broken lamp and unuseable shower made it a challenge. The fan in the bathroom and the motor in the fridge were loud and a challenge to a good stay. The place was shabby and no wastebasket in the bathroom.
THE BEDS WERE GrEAT, the best part and made sleep possible.
A sign told us to leave the key deposited in a box by the office but a chain and padlock were around it.
We were lucky to have a back room away from the road traffic.”

“Nothing good to say. The breakfast was old and cold. The bedroom was disgustingly dirty. No toilet paper in the bathroom. Tv was broken. Cobwebs everywhere.
Stuff all over the rugs. Dirty, dirty, dirty. I will never return. They will tell you they are renovating but they told us that 3 years ago when we stayed. We thought we’d give them one more chance but after last night, we will never be back.”
