âI love that this hotel was near government street and walking distance to a lot of things including the harbour, downtown with rich history, cafes, bookstores and so much more. The room was amazing and the staff were friendly. I was quite surprised itâs considered a 3 star hotel because where I come from this could easily qualify for a 4 star. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! We had a great wedding anniversary with Hotel Rialto. â

âGreat place to stay. It was a short walk to downtown restaurants and shops while being across the bridge from the noise. Lovely staff, and very comfortable room.â
âGreat stay in the heart of Victoria. Around the corner from the inner harbor and empress hotel, hop on hop off bus, restaurants and easy.
Staff was responsive, comfy beds, enjoyed our suite.
Only issue - sliding glass door to the small balcony was jammed. Maintenance came but I couldnât open again after he left. Shd have two small chairs or stools on patio. â
âComfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The Only negative thing was that my room was close to the street which means I could hear the traffic very clearly. So my advice is to bring some earplugs for sleep. Without them, it was impossible to sleep, too noisy. â
âWe was amazed by the nice suits and the super fresh kitchen, we recommend this place to everyone that needs a nice place to stay on there travels. The service was great, the cleaning was better then great and the rooms was just WOW! â

Just wish there was shopping in the area. Had to drive 30 minutes to downtown where everything is at. Shopping, bar and great food areas. â
