    Our private suite is nestled in the scenic Royal Bay neighbourhood of Colwood, offering a tranquil West Coast retreat with modern comforts and convenient access to local attractions.

    Our suite is in a safe, family-friendly neighbourhood with easy access to amenities, cafes, and transit. Nestled just 15 walking minutes from the suite to the oceanfront, with beautiful scenic walking and biking trails, and local parks to enjoy.
    The space
    This ground-floor suite features:
    • One bedroom with a king-size bed
    • Blackout blinds for a restful night’s sleep
    • One full bathroom
    • Private laundry (washer and dryer)
    • Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances
    • Cozy living and dining area
    • High-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV (sign in with your own streaming accounts)

    Guest access
    Guests will have a separate entrance at the front of the house.
    Street parking is free and always available.
    Check-in is self-serve using a smart lock — you'll receive a personalized code on the day of your arrival for easy, contactless entry at the check in time.

    No pets, no parties, no smoking allowed
    Quiet hours from 10pm–7am to respect neighbours
    No access to the private family garden
    Please note that construction work may happen from 7am - 5pm in the Royal Bay neighborhood.

    Suite Access Instructions:

    Entry to the suite is located at the front of the house. Please use the pathway on the left side of the front yard to reach the gate. After passing through the gate, turn right — the first door you see is the entrance to the suite. A keypad for entry is located there.

    Parking:

    Free street parking is available and typically easy to find nearby.

    Check-In:

    Check-in is self-serve via a smart lock. You'll receive a personalized access code on the day of your arrival, allowing for easy and contactless entry starting at the designated check-in time.

Located in a quite neighborhood and as advertised. Short commute into waterfront in Victoria. Grocery store and coffee shop close by. Very clean and comfortable.
