Spacious and Elegant 2-story guest suite with AC, WiFi by UVIC

We may be new to VRBO but have almost four years of being a super host on Air..b with this property.

This is a new Georgian style building, elegant and unique. Our BnB is located near the University of Victoria campus, only 5 minutes driving from the university and 4 minutes from grocery stores and restaurants. There are buses 27 and 28 that will take you to the downtown area.

Follow the garden path, you will see the bright and elegant suite. On the first floor, you will find a perfect kitchen with modern appliances and a spacious living room. This is a perfect place for small families, business guests and couples. On the second floor, you go up the stairs and to your right you have a luxurious leather sofa, bed to relax or sleep, outlook, large French windows that have blackout curtains and a layered sheer privacy curtian. In this area is the patio door with with a gliding screen that leads to the balcony. The bathroom is on the second floor and it is to the right of the sofa bed. To the left of the stairs, is a luxury King bed(authentic Derucci mattress) and enormous French windows with black out curtains and a layered privacy sheer curtain. Opposite of the bed is a dedicated working desk with comfortable velvet, ottoman. To the right of the working desk is an additional sofa to relax. The design and color of the room will remind you of Van Gogh's famous painting (apricot flowers in spring), where you can stay calm and peaceful, relaxed and hopeful.

The guest will have a designated free parking spot inside of the gate , and free Wi-Fi.

The garden suite opens to a large and beautiful garden bordered backyard. You will see a large and gorgeous iron dining table, that can be for guest use. The backyard is shared with us. We have a number of young children’s toys that we are also happy to share if you are traveling with a child.

We have a valid B&B license for this property, it is not a short term rental license. You can choose any dates available on the calendrer. If you see any dates you would like to book are not available, please send me a message so that I can make better arrangements for you.
