“You get what you pay for. Rate was reasonable. Room had hard flooring vs. carpet so it was clean. Walls were dirty in the room. Beds were fine. Towels were good. Older decor if that is important to you. Room had small fridge with freezer and a microwave. Coffee and juice is all they offer in the morning and the juice was warm from the dispenser. Hallway carpets were clean and fresh. Looks like a lot of construction workers stay there. Much of the parking lot was filled up with construction...

“I stayed here with my sons after a long day at Valley Fair. I needed connecting rooms for the 2 rooms I reserved and my request was met immediately. The rooms were extremely clean and updated with very modern choices. The lobby is welcoming with snacks and drinks (for purchase) and Vogue magazines on the side tables for reading. I didn’t have the breakfast but the area was very clean as well. I would definitely stay here again after a trip to Valley Fair. This was a very nice hotel.”

“Breakfast was good. Staff were scarse. ⚠️Dangerous floor level change in the bathroom that isn't marked. Not sure what the purpose is or was but it is really a bad idea to have the floot tile the same as the normal floor in the bathroom and so this step is totally unnoticeable and is a trip hazard. Somebody could very easily trip on that, which I did, and go either head first or head backwards over onto the hard floor it really needs to be marked in some way that it's there. As you can...

“Disappointed in the pool area. They do not have an adult time. Parents do not watch their kids. Almost got jumped on a few times and throwing balls and slapping the water. Also, the floors are very sticky in the halls and elevator. Not the best experience.”

“The room was like a sauna even with the heating turned off. The toilet was so so noicy, even withe the bathroom door shut it was really loud. Beds and pillows very comy and the room was clean. ”
