“My husband and I stayed 15 days at Beni Gold in VI and loved this amazing hotel. Everything was perfect . Staff are friendly very helpful goes out of their way to make our stay wonderful. “The reception had me wait for hours before I got my room. They said they couldn't see my booking in their system and they were not willing to help me even when I showed them my booking confirmation and receipt showing that I had payed. They did not make any effort to solve the problem and after several hours my booking showed up in their system, after that I finally got my room. Really disappointed with the lack of service and willingness to give me as a guest a good welcome.”
