âStaff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable - clean and tidy, modern finishes, full fridge was a bonus, temperature was easy to control and manage. Lots of sunlight during the day (heavy curtains blocked it out when needed though). The cafe attached to the hotel was nice, very convenient for breakfast and lunch. âThe hotel was in good and clean condition. Staff was friendly in the limited interactions. Room was clean and above average in size. Bathroom was also clean, shower pressure was good. The only thing I can complain about is the size of the shower towels. Would stay again if I should ever need to go back to Ottawa. â

âWe had a blessed stay in the Hotel. Location was perfect for a short stay. All interested points are around and we could easily walk to all of the interested sightseeings. Parking was super smooth and w/o any issues. We felt save and the room was also nice and clean. We can fully recommend this hotel for a short stay in Ottawa.

âThis is one of the nicest hotels weâve stayed at. We werenât even mad they were doing work on the windows while we were there. Parliament Hill is a stone throw away and a beautiful walk. The view from our balcony was gorgeous and we thoroughly enjoyed that you could stream from your own service accounts on the tv. Room service was really nice too, the menu was great and came to our room very promptly. Highly recommend â

"Nice central location but other than that not a great stay. You can see into the other bedroom next to yours. Kitchen wasn't cleaned so there was still some rice left in the pot from the previous guest. The kitchen tools were blunt and the non stick frying pan overused and had lost it's "non stick" coating. There was no mat for the shoes so there after a day out there was gravel all over the floor.
But the worst part is that we arrived one day late due to a snowstorm. Sonder made no effort to make up for the extra day we had to pay for. Albeit in their cancellation policy, I would argue that it's common decency not to take a full charge when your guest is stuck on a train for 20 hours."
