“Really close to the university, and less than a 10 minute drive to all the amenities. Staff are amazing.”

“Close to Sleeman brewery tap house.”

“Lobby et couloir laissent à désirer niveau propreté. Chambre acceptable.”

“Loved this small apartment in the heart of Guelph. Very nice one bedroom with full kitchen. We only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Very comfortable. Highly recommended. Just note lots of stairs.”

“Very clean & friendly, suite was great well stocked. Great fitness area & pool.”

“Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff”

“My daughter loves staying here. The staff is excellent and friendly. The breakfast is free and yummy and we enjoy the hot chocolate and coffee machine along with filtered water. The pool and hot tub are great and free parking is a plus. The rooms are getting a little worn down- but clean and reasonable for what you pay!”

“We have stayed here many times & found it affordable & "okay". However this time we had a newly renovated room on the 2nd floor which was very clean & well laid out. There is no elevator but the gentleman at the front desk helped my husband get everything up the stairs. However the breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was just a bag to go with a granola bar, a juice box, a fruit & a yogurt. There was also coffee & tea.”

“Very dirty place.”

“A little sketchy looking from the outside. However, my room looked relatively new. The bed was comfortable the bathroom was clean the TV worked fine. It was a little bit of a noisy area. The staff are great. I was looking for somewhere inexpensive to stay and I found it”
