“Rude staff, dirty rooms, no fans or hair conditioner in the bathrooms, the AC was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak or even sleep! No hot coffee or breakfast, and the “pillows” might as well be non-existent! Terrible excuse for a “RIT” convention center! Never again!”

“My family and I had a huge, clean, one bedroom room that was perfect, except that the bathroom was in the room, so our kids had to walk through our room to use it. Breakfast was better than most other hotels we’ve been to, but the layout of the breakfast area is terrible, a very crowded and small area. The location is ok, the river is pretty cool, and there is halal food across the street that was very good. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful.”

“This looks to be a house that was converted to an inn. Our room had a bedroom, bathroom and another room with couch, tv, fireplace. Plenty of room. The configuration was odd…we had three doors into our room, one led from the house’s kitchen into our bathroom. Keep that one locked. The property was clean and comfortable, just in need of a little fixing up. The owner is very accommodating. You get a complimentary breakfast at the local coffee shop up the street and it is a good breakfast. All in...
