It was loud, people hanging out getting drunk and high, blasting music, people yelling and arguing. It's sketchy, gross, and still way too expensive for what it is. “The place needs a re birth ”

“Could not check in early,so we found something to do then tried to check in at 7pm and was told my reservation was cancelled or my room was given away I ended up getting a single bed instead of two beds or how they had it advertised as two bedroom and the room we got was dirty and run down the heater didn't work so they had a cheap Walmart plug in heater that only blew cold air so we froze all night ”

“Maybe I need to learn that when its a Residency type property people will be living there. Overall thats not a big deal, just be prepared for the noise of young children screaming and rearranging the furniture over your unit. My unit was superficially clean, however the carpet was so filthy that when I'd get in shower I'd leave grey smudges. To be fair i did not complain to front desk. The stickiness in front of elevator was not a priority either. It is a good value if you need a kitchenette. No...
