In the heart of Var, between the sea and mountains, there is a family
residence of 170 villas, all colorful and typically Provencal. Each
villa offers a living space of 95 m² and can accommodate up to 6
people. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large living
room with dining area and lounge, two bathrooms, and three bedrooms.
The outside is not to be outdone with a large tiled terrace, a private
area with barbecue, and private parking.

Exceptional leisure facilities :
Within this residence, you will have access to a variety of leisure
facilities. Enjoy a huge 600m2 pool with hot tubs, as well as a playful
area with slides, a moving circuit, and a waterfall. For sports
enthusiasts, numerous courts are available: tennis, basketball, beach
volleyball, football, petanque, and table tennis. Children are not
forgotten with a playground and an inflatable castle.

Var is a region rich in history, heritage, beliefs, and traditions.
Discover natural sites, typical towns, and taste the world-famous rosé
wines. Take a boat ride on the Argens, discover the fauna and flora,
