This detached, tastefully decorated chalet is located in the mountains of Viehhofen, near the well-known resort of Saalbach-Hinterglemm. From the terrace, you have a beautiful view of the mountains. The chalet has a large living room, an open-plan kitchen, and five bedrooms; one has an en-suite bathroom, two more bathrooms, a south-facing balcony, a ski room, and a garden and terrace. The chalet also has a washing machine, dryer, and an e-charging station. Parking is available at the chalet
The chalet's location, in the picturesque Glemmtal in Pinzgau, is ideal for both winter and summer holidays.
In winter, the ski bus stop is at the bottom of the access road so you can get to the beautiful Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area within minutes. The ski area Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm/Leogang/Fieberbrunn) has 270 slopes, and the ski area Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See has 7s. The Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area in Kaprun is highly recommended, as it has 61 kilometers of slopes.
In summer, there are many opportunities for hiking and mountain biking. The downhill run in the World Cup village of Leogang is around the corner. The adventure pool Käpt'n Hook in Saalbach-Hinterglemm offers plenty of swimming fun with its 1.000 m2 of water surface, but you can also reach the Zeller See in Zell am See in just 20 minutes and the Tauern Spa Zell am See/Kaprun in 25 minutes. In Viehhofen, Saalbach-Hinterglemm, and Zell am See, there are plenty of shops for everyday needs and a good selection of restaurants
Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
