## Logement
Welcome to Albizia Lodge.
This accommodation is a furnished holiday home rated 3 stars for your comfort and is located within the Domaine de Loupsat , a property of almost 3 hectares where 2 lodges are offered for rent ( see the link at the bottom of this ad for the Oyat Lodge, the second 4-person lodge).
It offers a magnificent view of the estate's pond from its terrace, and features a 30 m² living/dining/kitchen area with a large bay window opening onto the outdoor terrace.

There's an air-conditioned master bedroom with TV and 160×200 bed, a second bedroom with a choice of 2 90×200 beds or a 180×200 bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and separate WC.

The grounds (park, pond, stream...) include a beautiful pond that is home to numerous carp (leather, koi, love) that are not allowed to be fished but will be delighted to receive a few small pieces of bread!
A ping-pong table, badminton rackets and petanque balls are available for a quick game before the aperitif! The park is open to the public for the enjoyment of young and old alike!


To complement swimming in the ocean and nearby lake, we offer a beautiful pool area with water heated to 28 degrees.
The pool area is located off-site and is shared between the 2 gîtes and the owners, who use it except when a rental is in progress, and for your complete freedom.
The pool measures 11m x 5.5m and is heated from early June to late September.
This area is fenced off for the safety of the little ones, and has a lovely wooden terrace and bar. The bar area features a fridge, an ice dispenser, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle for tea lovers.
You'll also find a selection of books, magazines and board games.


## Emplacement
A French seaside resort, the commune of Vielle-Saint-Girons is bordered on the west by the Atlantic Ocean over a length of 17 km, and has several beaches in the vicinity, the closest of which are Lette Blanche and St Girons.
The village of Vielle, just a few minutes' walk or bike ride from the Domaine, offers a number of restaurants with open-air terraces, the center is rather authentic with its old church, and a 10-minute bike ride takes you to the beach on Lac de Léon, on the Vielle St Girons side: it's great for fishing, paddleboarding or canoeing. There are lovely walks along the lake, picnic areas and pontoons overlooking the lake. All food shops, bakeries, patisseries, butchers, fishmongers and the Carrefour Market supermarket are in Léon, the village next door, 3 kms away, 5 minutes by car. The famous “Vélodyssey”, a 2,000 km cycle path starting in Nantes and ending in Hendaye, passes not far from the Domaine...we can arrange to rent your bikes, which will be brought to your home, and returned to you before your departure with our local partners...
Fishermen, canoeists and paddleboarders will not be outdone: Lake Léon, just a few kilometers away, offers all these activities.
Golfers, experienced or otherwise, have access to the international golf course at Moliets, another seaside resort just 6 km away.
The magnificent site of the courant d'Huchet, also in Moliets, and its guided tour by the Léon boatmen on the little “Landes Amazon” is well worth a visit...
Of course, there are other activities such as surfing, skateboarding, accrobranche and many more: don't hesitate to ask me, and if you wish, we can organize them for you with our local partners.
