Good location with only a few stops with the tram to town. Also good train connection to the airport with the regular S7 line. The executive rooms were large with an area with a sofa and chairs. We also enjoyed the executive lounge, with free refreshments and softdrinks.

Rymligt och bekvämt rum. Vi hittade dock både strumpor och smink i garderoberna, så städningen var inte helt på topp. Stor och varierad frukostbuffé. Restaurangen hade få gäster, ny och ovan(?) servis och maten var inte särskilt smakfull - men vackert presenterad.

Trivsam vistelse
Nära till allt, bra spårvagn buss och tåg förbindelse till operan, centrum, Schlöss Schönbrunn, trevlig promenadväg till Beldevere. God varierande frukostbuffé på hotellet, lite kalla varmrätter, men annars var allting utmärkt! Vår hotellrum var fräsch, rymlig och hade ett separat rum för både badkar och dusch. Min mamma var verkligen nöjd över vistelsen och önskar åka tillbaka igen. Vi hade en underbar resa med inslag av rofylldhet och äventyr. Mycket att se i staden!

Trevligt och prisvärt
Trevligt hotel, vänlig personal. Direkt vid incheckningen fick man ett härligt bemötande av receptionen. Rummet var trevlig, välstädat, och bra med space. Det ligger även nära en tågstation, där kan man ta pendeltåg till flygplatsen. Ligger lite utanför stan så det är ca 1-2km till city center. Men spårvagn gick precis utanför så väldigt bekvämt.

Excellent hotel qith helpful, friendly staff always trying make your stay perfect. Room was large, clean and well equiped and very comfortable. The Bar served a small selectio of food, which was very well prepared and served and at reasonable cost. Very good hotel for business use with excellent conference facilities.

This hotel thinks too much of itself. The staff is cold and almost rude. The lobby is big and the rooms small. The view from most rooms is an unkept rooftop with weeds at your window.

金庫に財布を入れたままチェックアウトしてしまいました。施設へ連絡したところ、忘れ物はないとの一点張りで還ってくることはありませんでした。忘れてしまったのはこちらの落ち度ですが、非常に残念です。 I forgot my wallet in the safe. After check-out, I noticed that and called the hotel and the housekeeper told me there is nothing left. So sad.

Het hotel was wat verlaten daardoor erg rustig. Locatie is goed. Net buiten de binnenring en drie halte met tram naar de opera. Daardoor is de prijs lekker laag. Trein en tram op een minuut lopen van het hotel. Met een ov kaartje van €8 kun je 24 uur reizen ook naar het vliegveld.

We were upgraded to a suite. Felt so pampered like being at home but on holidays. Staff are very efficient. Price was value for money. Strongly recommend this hotel. We didn’t want to leave!

The staff were helpful and friendly, the location (near Belvedere and trams 0 and 71) is excellent. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. The restaurant was good, offering an enormous Vienna Schnitzel. We suggested they make it a little smaller with more vegetables!
