4th Time in Vienna
This was our 2nd time staying in this apt. Everything was wonderful! Thanks for being so flexible & patient with the Americans. We are a bit much sometimes. Location, location, location everything you need is steps away.

Great location and comfortable apartment
The apartment was located next to the tram and train line which makes it so easy to get around Vienna. The apartment was very comfortable for my family of 4. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Mani for our stay.

Vienna stay
The apartment was in a great location, walking distance from the Belvedere. Its on the 4th floor but there is a small elevator. The owner is very responsive. The only negative was that we were reprimanded for being noisy, raising some sort of decibel level in the building, when all we were doing was talking! That was a surprise, maybe the owner should mention this aspect in the listing.

Rude and aggressive manager or owner.
Overall, summary, the location was fine. We could take a tram into town, but for us. The walk was too long.The manager or owner was too rude and aggressive in his speaking to us. He almost flat out came out and said. We were going to trash the place. we are 4 seniors. And would never think of doing anything like that.Are dealings with him. Was not a pleasant experience.Would I stay there again? Not because the apartment wasn't okay. But he did. I believe In the description he said there were 2 bathrooms. There was really only one bathroom split into 21 had a shower tub and 2 sinks, and the other end of the apartment had the toilet. so I was looking for an apartment with 2 bathrooms because we are for Women. That to me was misrepresentation.

Lovely place close to trams and trains to the city centre
We had a wonderful time, mani was so helpful befire and during the stay. Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The 10pm quiet time really is a thing in Austria so between 10pm and 7am you need to be quiet and we did get asked to be quiet as we were chatting and laughing later than 10. Please consider this if you are wanting to stay in the appartment in the evenings. We had a fab stay though and it was so easy to walk outside and get a tram to the christmas markets x

Fantastic location and spacious apartment.
This property is very comfortable and was very easy to get to, from the airport. The apartment itself is spacious, it it very clean and comfortable. The walking distance to major sites makes it an ideal property. I will definitely be renting this apartment for my next trip to Vienna.

Fabulous stay in Landstraße!
We were thrilled with the location and the many options available for dining, easy transportation, and moderate walking to famous Vienna sights. The flat was clean and convenient, and it perfectly suited our needs. We were happy that there was air conditioning, as the weather was unusually warm. Would stay here again!

Super convenient apt for touring Vienna!
We enjoyed Mani’s apt very much. Very comfortable and convenient Tram right outside, Lidl around the corner, everything you need. Very quiet with windows closed at night. A/C appreciated on warm night. This is a wonderful base for seeing Vienna!

Great stay
This property is as described. Don't be negatively swayed by previous reviews as the problems have all been fixed (lack of towels, clothes storage space, etc). The property is in a great location with wonderful access to transit and sights. Mani was extremely communitive and helpful. AC works great. The apartment is spacious and while there are no frills, it is very comfortable. My only complaint was trying to find extra toilet paper, which was oddly stored above the refrigerator! We found it after buying some (as well as purchasing paper towels). Not a big deal. Would rent again!

Mixed experience
The location of the apartment is very convenient to grocery, and public transportation. The apartment was very clean and the bathroom is nicely updated. However, the apartment is very sparsely furnished. We were only given one towel each for example and I missed having a table or a chest of drawers in the bedrooms. I found my stay there without much comfort. After a day of sightseeing I did not enjoy being back in the apartment. Mani, the owner was very courteous, however I was extremely put out when five days before our arrival I received an email that said our booking was canceled. When I emailed the owner he told me that he required the remainder of the deposit in cash. This was extremely inconvenient and added unnecessary stress during my vacation. I would not rent from this gentleman again because of these reasons.

Die Wohnung war sauber. Die Ausstattung etwas sparsam, insbes. im 2. Schlafzimmer waren nur die 2 Betten und keine weiteren Möbel außer einer kleinen Garderobenstange. Kein Nachttisch, keine Nachttischlampen, kein Stuhl, kein Schrank. Die Strasse nachts trotz Schallschutzfenster noch sehr zu hören. Empfindliche Menschen sollten Ohropax mitbringen.

a week in vienna
Mani responded very quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful. The apartment is very spacious. It is on a busy street,but the windows really help to keep the sounds down. the location is excellent, close to public transit. We got a 5 day pass for public transit which allows unlimited use anywhere within Vienna. being close to different public transport was a big bonus. There are restaurants and grocery stores close by. A microwave in the kitchen would be nice. I would recommend Mani's place for a stay in Vienna.

Bien situé , l'appartement est facile d'accès pour visiter le centre de Vienne.
Accueil correct et explications efficaces. Appartement rénové aux vastes pièces, fidèle à la description. Super bien situé pour venir de l'aéroport avec le S7 et pour se rendre au centre ville ou aux musées avec le tram 71. Grandes surfaces proches pour faire les courses. Petit plus à améliorer : le grand lit qui grince et pourquoi un micro onde. Très bon séjour.

Great Vienna Stay
Our stay here was for a week. The property is located a quick Tram ride away from City Center Vienna. Easy walk to Belvedere and the Botanical Garden. We walked downtown a few times the Tram was just nice when we wanted to rest after a long day. We found the apartment as described and a good spot to rest and relax before our activities. Mani was very responsive and helpful.

Great Vienna location with transit access to whole city
Perfect for a couple and small children. A little spartan, no dressers. Comfy master bed. Two twin beds noisy when you rolled over, otherwise no problems. Mani was so helpful to give advice. Would return if we returned to Vienna.

Easy and comfortable!
My family and I (husband and 3 young children) enjoyed our stay at Mani’s apartment at Landstrasse. Mani was easy to communicate with, quickly responded and helped us with any questions we had. He met us upon arrival and explained things clearly. The apartment was clean and a nice size for our family. It was also in a great location. We easily got around on the public transportation. We walked to the university’s botanic garden and to get some food as well. Overall, we had a lovely time in Vienna. Mani was a great host! We definitely recommend!

Property is located a short tram ride from the city center and is as presented in the listing. Mani was right on time and explained everything we needed to know including restaurants such as Lucullus which were great. All in all our stay was very good. For seniors the beds are very low which seems typical in Europe. Vienna is a stunning city architecturally and easy to enjoy from this apartment.

Apartment was well appointed, clean and the proprietor was very friendly and provided great suggestions for parking and places to dine and check out throughout the city. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone considering a visit to this beautiful city.

Thanks for your review. Our furniture is matter of taste and they look exactly like the pictures that we have provided online the only furniture that we have changed is the two beds in the smaller room for a better comfort and a new couch-bed in the living room. In the master bedroom we have a closet cabinet to hang your close and in the smaller bedroom there is a glass closet where you can hang your close (again exactly as it is shown on the pictures online) We will also soon provide a drawers cabinet. Very pleasant stay
I became very ill the week before my trip but my 2 travelling companions went.Have gathered some comments from one of them as well to complete this review , Apartment was described as very clean , large and bright. Shopping center was just steps away.I was in contact with many questions for Mani and he responded almost immediately by e-mail ,My traveling companions reached him and he responded immediately when there was no hot water and a light bulb had burned.out. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working in the smaller bedroom and I don't know if they mentioned it to Mani, It should be made clear that in the advertisement, there is one bathroom and a separate toilet, not 2 bathrooms as advertised as it makes it look as if there are two separate bathrooms,It also needs to be made clearer that when referring to the short distance to the city center, it does mean Vienna per se but Landstrasse.

Vil man have god beliggenhed, lækker lejlighed som har op til 4 senge, og meget nemt at komme fra Lufthavnen der er 2 forskellige tog ekspres-CAT (City Airport Train) som jeg ikke vil anbefale da den er for dyr eller den langsommere S7 Schnellbahn (bytog) begge stopper på Rennweg station. Lejligheden ligger kun 200 meter fra stationen. Når man skal hjem tager man sporvogn linje 0 til Ubahn Landstraße hvor der er baggagebokse, da man skal være ude af lejligheden 10:30, så kan man nyde Wien resten af dagen inden turen går til lufthavnen Jeg tror ikke man finder bedre lejlighed i Wien med den luksus, beliggenhed og pris som den i Rennweg

Great space!!
The apartment was in a great location and very close to transportation. It was clean and comfortable and the owner was so nice and responsive. All pros and no cons but I do have a few suggestions. First would be to add some mirrors to the bedrooms and second, a microwave in the kitchen. Not a big deal though and I'd definitely stay again.

Tolle Lage, saubere Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Die Lage ist super. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Die Straßenbahn ist vor der Tür und Schloss Belvedere quasi gegenüber. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale sind gleich um die Ecke. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut und freundlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. JB + BB

Die Wohnung war schön und gut gelegen,zum Zentrum 10min Fußweg.Aber da die Wonung so Verkehrsgünstig lag war es sehr laut so das man nicht bei geöffneten Fenster schlafen konnte.Die Einrichtung ist gut aber die Wände sind ziemlich nackt.Wir würden wieder kommen.

We had a great time at this apartment
Communication was easy and to get to the parking it was also easy (just a tip if you do park in underground parking which is 8 euros per day do take your ticket with you as you need it to enter the parking to get your car back). The apartment is spacious! Lots of space for 3 people. Location is good too next to the tram that goes to the city centre. Everything was great. I would just suggest to have a clothes hangers for drying the clothes after washing them.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gut geschnitten, etwas Deko und vielleicht Vorhänge im Wohnraum, um den Hall zu dämmen, wären gut. Das schwarze, zu harte Sofa wird lt. Vermieter ausgetauscht. Die Einzelbetten lassen, was einen erholsamen Schlaf angeht, etwas zu wünschen übrig. In der großen Duschkabine fehlte ein Korb o. ä. um Seife, Shampoo etc. unterzubringen. Die Wohnung war ansonsten sehr sauber und gepflegt, der Vermieter freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn die vorgenannten Kleinigkeiten behoben werden, würde ich diese Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Einwandfrei
Sehr sauber, einwandfreie ÖPNV-Anbindung (Tram & S-Bahn), gehobene Innenausstattung, sehr viel Platz (die Bilder geben das nicht gut wieder, der Raum ist größer) Da die Lage direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße ist, wird es nachts nicht totenstill, aber wirklich gestört wird man davon nicht, die neueren Fenster isolieren das gut ab (beim lüften darf man dann die Lautstärke von draußen ungefiltert empfangen ^^) Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre gewesen, dass in dem Inserat eine Garage als inclusive angegeben wird, diese Garage es aber nicht ist, sondern damit eine nahe öffentliche Tiefgarage gemeint ist. Uns wurde der Betrag allerdings netterweise vom Vermieter erstattet, der gut darlegen konnte, dass er es zwar angegeben hat, aber durch die IT von fewo-direkt rausgestrichen wurde; bedauerlich, aber Dank an den Vermieter für die Kulanz Gesamtempfehlung: Einwandfrei buchbar!

Tolle Wohnung
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Es war sauber und die Wände wurden vorher noch gestrichen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt in der Wohnung. Mit der Bahn gelangt man vom Flughafen her sehr gut zur Wohnung. Trotz Verkehr war es einigermassen ruhig. Kein übermässiger Lärm. Empfehlenswert!
