Nice Property
The property is in a terrific location, close to many of Vienna’s major attractions. It is a large, clean apartment. Very nice. Only issue is that it does not have a dryer to go with the washer. In the property description it lists a dryer in the apartment. That is not so. The dryer needs to be taken off the list of amenities.

Amazing Location!!!!
We had a great trip. Roman was a great communicator and showed up an hour early when we got in early then allowed us to store our bags on our last day before we went to the airport. The location was great. In the middle of everything but still quiet. Apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4. I would highly recommend.

Spacious spying great location
Roman was a great host and assisted us with checking our bags early so we could begin exploring the city. The apartment was in a great location and very walkable so we did not utilize the multitude of transportation options much but easily accessible. The apartment was very spacious and well appointed. The area rugs could stand to be shampooed but overall the apartment was very clean. We were there for two weeks and Roman ever gave us a free cleaning after one week. The only minor disappointment was that the apartment was advertised as having a dryer but it did not. A drying rack was provided so it was only a minor inconvenience. Overall would definitely recommend and would choose same apartment if in Vienna again. Thanks Roman!

Viennese Magic
Everything about this flat is perfect for a visit of Vienna. Most of the sights are within walking distance or accessible by public transportation which is a short walk. The space is roomy, clean and well appointed. Roman is a delight. Our flight from the US was delayed by over 12 hours. Rather than greeting us at 4:30 pm, he greeted us the next morning at 6:00 with great cheer. You will not regret selecting this location. The only downside, which didn’t affect us because there were only 2 of us, is there is only one bathroom. They have separated the toilet into a separate room but for a large group there is only one bath/shower and sink.

Great location, understand the bathrooms
Be aware that there in only one small toilet room and a bathroom with a shower and sink, but no toilet. Made it a little inconvenient for three people getting ready. Otherwise the apartment is nice and location is great

Best Location in Vienna
This was my third stay at this apartment. This time it was with my mom who grew up in Vienna and lived there until her mid twenties. She had heard me talk about what a find this apartment is and she felt the same way. The location cannot be beat. It is so convenient to the best shops, restaurants and museums in downtown Vienna. As far as the apartment itself, having the bedrooms on the opposite sides of the apartment gives privacy. There are two living rooms which is generous and also gives place to spread out. This apartment is a great value and inspires more trips to Vienna!

Fabulous in Every Way
We are extremely fussy about where we book. It must look comfy, be roomy, have both a shower and bathtub ( or shower over) and be in a prime location. We hit the jackpot with this apartment, and Roman was a lovely, easy to reach host. We stayed two weeks, and could walk to most of the sights. Shopping, museums, churches on your doorstep, yet on a quiet street, and transportation, if needed, was very close. The apartment is even bigger than it looks on the website, is extremely clean, and, oh my, the beds are comfortable. We highly recommend this apartment. Thank you, Roman, and for helping with the cabs to and from the airport.

Location, location, location!
This fantastic apartment is in an ideal location in Vienna Innere Stadt. Nearly everything was within walking distance, including convenient train stations. The apartment was clean and perfect for us to spread out and have our own space (I traveled with my husband and two college aged children). If we are back in Vienna, I’d definitely seek to book this apartment again.

Perfect location! Perfect apartment!
If I could rate this apartment higher, I would! The location was central to all of the sights, which were all within walking distance. Check-in was easy and fast. There was a guide on how to use everything in the apartment, as well as information about the surrounding area. The apartment was quiet, clean, and comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The kitchen has everything you need if you plan to cook. The small washer was perfect for doing a small amount of laundry. I would highly recommend this apartment!!!

Wonderful stay in the middle of Vienna’s inner city
The apartment was comfortable with plenty of rooms with windows, the dining area has an extra sitting area. kitchen is modern and enough space to work with. The owner is very helpful and very responsive. The location cannot be better, can walk to virtually everywhere. Only drawback is there is only one toilet, even though the room description said there are 1 and half baths，and a shower unit over the bath tub was quite dangerous given slippery nature of the tub. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in Vienna , I look forward to staying there again. Thank you. Roman.

A perfect place to stay
My wife, friends and I recently stayed for a few days in the city. We were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was spotlessly clean, lovely and warm with all the amenities we could want or need as well as being in the perfect location for exploring the city. There is also a nearby food shop for milk, bread, and essentials.(wine). We would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone

Phantastische Lage!
Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr ruhig, gerade nachts. Absolut phantastisch ist aber ihre Lage mitten im Zentrum von Wien zwischen Hofburg und Stephansdom. Alles ist fußläufig oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Superb stay
We loved everything about this apartment- it’s located right in the heart of Innere Stadt, steps from fantastic shopping, restaurants and the museum sector. The apartment is large, clean and very comfortable- even small details (such as hair appliances) were provided. Everything you could need was available. The apartment is furnished comfortably with new beds, linens and towels. It had hotel quality but much more comfortable and spacious. Roman was a wonderful host and responded to my messages promptly prior to arrival. He met us at the apartment upon arrival and settled us in. You will not be disappointed with this apartment. I hope I can return to Vienna one day soon and stay here again to enjoy the beautiful city.

Great Location
The property was everything stated and more. The location was great--within 10-15 minutes of anything and everything. Roman was helpful with everything from directions from the train station, to dining options to assisting us with getting a cab to the airport when we left Vienna. The beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything needed for a great visit--including a real rug in the bathroom. That doesn't seem like a big deal, but it was a very homey touch. Some rental places seem like just that...a rental place. This apartment felt like someone had pride in the property and like the owner wants other to like it too. I'll be back if they'll let me! :-)

Location, location, location!
An immaculate property inside the “Ring” within walking distance to all major sites in central Vienna with access to all public transportation. Roman met us upon arrival and provided answers to any questions we had. Also left a well detailed booklet about the apartment with suggested restaurants, grocery, etc. Apartment worked well for us and we would definitely stay here again!

Great Property
Firstly, many thanks to Roman for welcoming us to the apartment. Roman was very helpful. He gave us some tips for good restaurants and also organised our taxi to the airport for us. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is in a perfect location for visiting Vienna and visiting all the major tourist locations. The apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities advertised and required. When we return to Vienna we will try to rebook this property.

Four nights in Vienna in May.
We had a wonderful visit ~ the apartment was centrally located and nicely appointed. The beds were very comfortable and having a sitting area and kitchen (and a very good grocery store nearby) made this the perfect location for our stay. Our host was very accommodating and even provide information on a less expensive location to park our car. I highly recommend Innere Stadt!

Amazing location!
I think it's nearly impossible to get a better location! 5 minutes from St. Stephen's Church, 7 minutes to The Hofburg, 4 minutes to the metro, lots of restaurants close by. Perfect! Pro Tips: Ask how to use the laundry machine if you are going to use it. And FYI - be aware you'll be charged extra if you have more than 2 people staying here - but in our case, definitely worth it.

Perfect Stay in Vienna!
My daughter and I just completed a two-week stay in this delightful apartment. If you’re looking for a roomy, comfortable, impeccably clean, and ideally located apartment in central Vienna, rent this! You will not regret it! I can’t think of a single thing I would add or change. And despite the perfect central location, the apartment is utterly quiet. Die Wohnung besticht durch ihre zentrale Lage. Da die beiden Schlafräume liegen zum Hof hin liegen, ist es nachts wirklich ruhig. Die Küche ist neu und gut eingerichtet. Im Bad gibt es eine Badewanne, in der man auch duscht. Die beiden Wohnräume, einer mit Esstisch ermöglichen verschiedene Nutzungen gleichzeitig. Wenn im einen Wohnraum der Fernseher läuft, kann man im anderen (mit dem Esstisch) ungestört lesen oder spielen.

This apartment is just lovely! My husband and I had such a wonderful visit to Vienna and staying at this apartment was so comfortable and relaxing!
