Host changed property before my trip which I approved. He then sent me check in link for the original property. I walked there (with luggage) and notified him it was the first property which he said was under construction. When he eventually sent me the information to the correct (second) property, I had to uber there (at my expense). I accessed the property to find that despite booking a 2 bedroom unit and being sent details to a 2 bedroom unit, I was put in a 1 bedroom unit. After I communicated this, it took some time for a response and I had unpacked as I had travelled all day. Then I was sent instructions to go to a third unit which was in the same building. I packed up and went there but the code for the door did not work. I returned to my original (second) unit as it was late in the evening at this point. There was no WiFi and I was asked repeatedly to help problem solve the WiFi issue with different network possibilities and passwords. Also, the front door to the building did not lock until the last night of my stay. I had multiple messages to the host who promised solutions and delivered none. I called VRBO customer service for help twice and have been waiting over 48 hours for a response.
