-lokalisation super, Zentrum gut zu Fuss erreichbar und sehr guter öffentlicher Nahverkehr, mitten in der Stadt und doch sehr ruhig - Stil des Appartments gefällt uns sehr gut, typischer Wiener Altbau - alles sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand - Betten sehr bequem - Einchecken prima geklappt, durften sogar schon vor der Zeit ins Appartment - Internetverbindung hat sehr gut funktioniert Kritikpunkte: im Gefrierfach noch Essensreste, kein Platz für Nachttischchen neben Bett

We enjoyed every bit of our stay!!
This is not our first time of staying at Duschel Apartments. The standard is ALWAYS high; the location and amenities are great. We enjoyed every bit of our stay, although the internet wasn't so great. The management needs to work on this. Equally, side / lamp tables near the bed wouldn't hurt. Otherwise, there is hardly anything else to complain about. Regardless, the accommodation is SUPERB!! Score: 90%

Замечательные апартаменты, очень светлые, просторные и чистые. Совсем недалеко от метро. За углом супермаркет и мелкие ресторанчики. Хозяин дружелюбный, все время на связи, любые вопросы легко урегулировать.

L'appartamento di per sé è molto bello, spazioso e luminosissimo ma spoglio, arredato con pochi mobili e molto poveri, senza stile e calore; praticamente nessun quadro e tende solo in poche finestre. Cuscini della cucina e tovagliette sporche impresentabili. Lo stesso vale per i vetri delle finestre. Di contro tutte le info relative al check in e al parcheggio sono state tempestive e molto chiare. Per dove è ubicato è importante avere un mezzo per apprezzare Vienna e non avere tempi morti per spostarsi verso il centro. Con pochi accorgimenti sarebbe una bellissima casa, peccato.

Good instructions to get key from key-safe. Huge apartment, odd configuration of rooms though. Clean and tidy. Plenty of products for dish washer and washing machine.

I would have recomennded this place up until I found out someone stole money out of our suitcases. There is no check in desk and the only way to communicate with them was thru whatsapp. LOCK UP YOUR VALUABLES if you stay here.

The apartment itself was great, very spacious with very comfortable beds. Location was great and quiet and there is access to supermarket, restaurant and trams nearby. We had some issues at check-in due to the previous person not leaving the keys in the right place, therefore the cleaners hadn't been able to come in to clean. We were there for a business trip so paying the local tax at the office was quite hard due to their opening hours (9:30 to 15:00). Finally on our last day, the water was cut in the building due to some leaks, the agent did not warn us that they would cut the water and therefore no shower before a very long flight was not great.

The apartment was located up a quiet street close to the centre of Vienna with plenty of restaurants around. A supermarket was a short walk away. The apartment was clean and modern but for us the accommodation layout was not ideal. The '2' bathrooms consisted of a separate toilet and a bathroom with bath shower and wash basin (no toilet) accessed through one of the bedrooms. For 4 people this caused a lot of inconvenience. The apartment was light and airy and with air-conditioning. The small terrace was a bonus. It would have been helpful to have instructions on how to operate the blinds. Whilst parking is available in an underground garage, it is an expensive additional cost. It was easy to contact the host and they were very helpful, responding promptly to any queries.

I highly recommend these apartments as I enjoyed my stay there. Pros: 1- Excellent communication from the manager through WhatsApp and email. 2- Good location on a closed ended road which is generally quiet. 3- Good amenities (washing machine, kitchen facilities, etc). Cons: 1- no air conditioning in the apartment we rented but the manager provided us with electric fans which helped a lot. 2- Slightly more expensive than other apartments in the area and there are additional costs to pay (cleaning and tax). Overall, we had a nice stay and I would definitely stay again.

Good infrastructure, tricky check-in
The infrastructure of the apartment and surroundings are good. The kitchen is well equipped, such as the bathroom and every other room. The street tram is nearby, such as groceries stores, and the metro system is about 3 to 4 blocks away. The one setback was the check-in/key handover: someone had to go there and give it to you. You need to call in advance in order not to wait too much in the building entrance, in my case, I waited for approximately 30 minutes.

I had a pleasure to stay in Duschel Apartments Imperial Living for three nights, in december 2018. Apartment is in perfect up-to-date stand, clean, wonderfully located in secluded and noise-free area, yet close to cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Welcome service was impeccable, and personell, which has been available for advice or questions almost round the clock, has also given me individual attention and flexibility regarding check-in and check-out. Thank you for making my stay in Vienna extra pleasant!

This property would have received 4* if it hadn't been for a phone call with the property manager the day before we left. A very nice lady showed us to the apartment, she told us to use the garage since our apartment was right by it. She even gave us the code to get into the garage in case it was closed. But she didn't tell us that we would need a code to get into the garage from the building. It was open every day until our second to the last day. We didn't even know how to get to our apartment any other way. So I called management and the guy who answered the phone said we could not use the garage because we didn't pay for it. What? But more importantly if there was a fire we would not have been able to use the nearest exit because we didn't pay for it. I have never heard of an exit being locked from the inside. The manager had texted us saying to leave 50 Euro on the table to pay for our son who met us in Vienna but I didn't make a reservation for him since he was already in Europe and we bought a package. Then he said he charged our card for the 50 Euros already without permission Good that I called or he would have gotten 100. Very rude manager, very nice lady who checked us in. I guess if you don't need to contact them you will be fine.As far as the apartment goes it is nice but the furniture is uncomfortable. Basic stuff provided but not everything. Central quiet location. Just one toilet that stunk and not cleaning products but had laundry detergent.

Lejlighederne ligger i en lille sidegade ca. 2,5 km. uden for midtbyen. Der er ikke langt til indkøb eller MacDonalds, mange cafeer, tog mm. Lejligheden var stor, ren og lever fuldt ud op til billederne. Indtjekning foregår utrolig nemt med kode/nøgle, der er ingen reception. Der er fri wifi, tv, alt i køkkenudstyr. Lille altan med udsigt over lille børnehave. Kan klart anbefales til en tur til Wien

First the good stuff: the apartment building is beautiful on a dead end street (quiet). It is very close to the street trams. It was very clean and well stocked kitchen. It was easy to check in. A text to your phone. Vienna is lovely! The disappointing: We (2 couples) thought we were getting the apartment pictured that had cushioned furniture, top floor with air conditioning. We were so thrown off when we walked in to the first floor, very small kitchen with four plastic chairs and table, an IKEA sofa (so hard you had to put pillows so women could sit on it. Men refused), there were a couple of barrel chairs that were just as hard, no air conditioning as advertised and IKEA beds. Just be sure you get the apartment advertised.
