Wien Urlaub
Der Aufenthalt war super schön. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum und die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich. Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Wir hatten unseren kleinen Terrier dabei, das war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir hatten als Familie eine schöne Zeit und würden immer wieder zurückkommen.

Christmas in Vienna
The property was perfect for our trip and to be in Vienna during the holidays. It was exactly as pictured and provided a comfortable and cozy stay. The apartment is close to a grocery store, transit and a 15 min walk to the Schonbrunn Palace. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Vienna!

Perfect apartment and location
The apartment was perfectly located. Walking distance to Schloss Schonbrunn, the Heitzing U-Bahn station and tram stop and a supermarket. The apartment itself was very spacious for the three of us and was very well equipped particuarly the kitchen. We visited in December and so it was lovely to come home to a nice warm appartment each evening. Public transport is very easy in Vienna. We bought weekly tickets for €17.10 and used the U Bahn everyday to get into the city centre. It was sometimes busy, but never packed (like you get in London) and we never had to wait more than 6 minutes for a train. We loved Vienna and this apartment and would definitely come again

The apartment made Vienna come alive!
The home itself, in the family for generations, beckoned us home every evening. It was spacious, beautifully appointed, immaculate and very comfortable. We savored the glassed-in room with its sliding doors. Breakfast was precious overlooking the flower-filled yard with its swimming pool. Evenings we watched the sun set behind the trees in the neighboring properties. The apartment was filled with light. Access to public transportation to the city center or even out to the Vienna woods was plentiful and simple to use. We walked to the Schönbrunn Palace in 10 minutes. There are several neighborhood restaurants and easy access to the local grocery store. We enjoyed the Café Dommayer and its wonderful pastries nearby, but cafes abound in the city and you can take your pick. Andrea and Franz, our hosts, were on site and available if we needed anything and gave us as much privacy as we wanted. We stayed in their home for two weeks and could have easily stayed longer we felt so at home. There is so much to do in Vienna that the time just flew by. Anyone lucky enough to book this home will not be disappointed.

Lovely apartment in excellent location with wonderful pool
This was a fantastic place to stay in Vienna. The apartment itself was so spacious and clean and lovely - even nicer than in the photos. It’s ver6 well equipped and its in a great location - walk to Schönbrunn and easy train into town centre. Supermarket and good restaurant in close walking distance too. Andrea and Franz were perfect hosts. We’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Second Visit
This was our second time at this lovely property and it didn't disappoint. All very familiar and convenient for transport links to explore different parts of Vienna. A bonus to have the pool and on site parking. Comment on the change from our previous visit - there was plenty of room to have installed a larger shower but it served its purpose.

Außergewöhnlich schöne und großzügige Wohnung!
Sehr angenehm und komfortabel! Sehr freundliche Vermieterin- wir haben es sehr genossen, die ruhige Wohnlage, die herrliche Loggia ( Wintergarten) und den schönen Garten. Nur das Wetter hat nicht ganz mitgespielt, sodass wir den Garten nicht so oft nutzen konnten. Aber da Wien genügend Museen und andere Highlights zu bieten hat, waren wir trotzdem total zufrieden. Die gute Anbindung , die schöne Umgebung ( Schloss und Schlosspark, Hietzing…) sind nur einige Punkte, die man nennen kann. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt in einer Wohnung, die alles hat, was man sich wünscht!

First Class apartment!
Apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything we needed for our week in Vienna. It was even more spacious than we thought and the open/closed balcony is a great place to eat and chill. This is an ideal location for tourists who like to get a sense of neighbourhood living whilst being very close to all forms of transport. Two excellent restaurants and supermarket close by. Super hosts who were unobtrusive but available if required.

Perfection in Vienna
It’s not often people or experiences exceed expectations, but in this case they did. Andrea and Franz are the kind of people one hopes to meet when traveling. Not only are they interesting, interested and charming, they are both artisans. What a bonus in a host couple! And their apartment is every bit as special as they are. Everything is top quality from the Poggenpohl kitchen with Villeroy and Boch china to the perfectly drawing fireplace, which we used every night. This was our first trip to Vienna and we struck it rich with splendid hosts, a smashing apartment and excellent location. We hope you’re lucky enough to stay here.

Ideal für Wien-Besuch
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für einen touristischen Wien-Besuch, wenn man einen ruhigen Rückzugsort sucht. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat einen vergleichsweise hohen Komfort. Super weekend a Vienna
L'appartamento è spazioso, luminoso e super attrezzato. Molto confortevole, tanto che ci siamo subito sentì come a casa. La legna già pronta vicino al camino, le ciabatte all'entrata e un servizio di porcellane da grand hotel. Molto apprezzata anche la veranda. La zona è tranquilla ed è comodo raggiungere il centro con la metro. Molto consigliato!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohlgefühlt, weil sie eine sehr persönliche Atmosphäre hat. Nach den Besuchen in der Stadt, war es immer ein wenig wie nach Hause kommen. Sehr erholsam ist der Aufenthalt im Wintergarten, weil der Blick ins Grüne geht und weil es sehr ruhig ist. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Für den nächsten Wien-Aufenthalt wollen wir gerne wieder kommen.

Rundum schön!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen - die Wohnung bietet innen und außen alles, was man zur Erholung braucht. Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer angenehmen Stadt
Die Wohnung liegt inmitten eines normalen Wiener Stadtbezirks (14.) in einer recht ruhigen Straße mit einem wirklich schönen Gartenblick von der vollverglasten Veranda auf der Südseite aus. Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Erwähnt werden muss das hervorragende WLAN. Die U-Bahn 4 und mehrere Straßenbahnlinien sind zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten zu erreichen, ebenso Supermärkte und Park und Schloss Schönbrunn. Man ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln schnell im Zentrum und an anderen touristisch interessanten Punkten. Aufs Autofahren sollte man besser verzichten. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war schon im Vorfeld ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Übrigens sind auch die hauseigenen Schnitzkunstwerke als Mitbringsel sehr zu empfehlen.

Hochwertige, sehr geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Leicht erlaufbar: Supermarkt, Drogeriemarkt, U-Bahn etc., Schloß Schönbrunn mit Tiergarten etc., quasi ums Eck ein sehr gutes griechisches Restaurant, beim Tiergarten noch andere Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Der Wintergarten ist genial und kann fast komplett geöffnet werden. Gartenmitbenutzung mit Pool mitten im Stadtbereich - das gibt es sicher nicht oft! Garage kann für Aufpreis zugebucht werden. WLAN funktioniert einwandfrei, TV ebenso. Mit der U-Bahn sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten flott erreichbar. Die Gastgeber sind nett und unkompliziert. Alles in Allem so wie man es sich wünscht. Vielen Dank an Familie Stadlhofer!

Rundum schöner Urlaub
Neben den sehr freundlichen Gastgebern lässt auch die Wohnung nichts zu wünschen übrig. Auch der schöne Garten kann genutzt werden und eine Garage gibt es ebenso. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir empfehlen dieses Objekt samt Gastgeber und Umfeld uneingeschränkt weiter. Der Stadtteil Penzing ist etwas weiter weg vom Zentrum, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Sehr schöne Lage zum Wohnen und "Leben", durch die gute Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln prima Anbindung zum Innenstadtbereich. M. Stübler und K. Bienert

Excellent choice!
This is a beautiful apartment and is just as the pictures show. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary tools to cook. We paid to use the garage and it was very convenient. Hosts were nice and welcomed us personally when we arrived. I would definitely recommend this rental if you are staying in Vienna.

Fabulous week in Vienna
We spent a lovely week in Vienna. The apartment is outside the city centre but the U-bahn is within walking distance and gets you everywhere. We booked the apartment for its quiet location and weren't disappointed. The view onto the surrounding gardens from the Loggia is very peaceful, we even spotted some squirrels. We were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the swimming pool after a day of sightseeing. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. We received a warm welcome by our host and Andrea was available for any questions we had. We certainly recommend this apartment.

Ein wundervolles Gesamtpaket!
Sehr schön renoviertes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung. U3 und U4 zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles Nötige ist vorhanden. Pool und Garten sind an heißen Sommertagen ein schöner Ausgleich zu diversen Stadtbesichtigungen. Es besteht zu gewissen Zeiten auch die Möglichkeit an Schnitzkursen im Haus teilzunehmen. Wir durften die Schnitzstube besichtigen: sehr interessant und wunderschöne Werke, die zum Teil auch im Stiegenhaus besichtigt werden können. Ein wundervolles Gesamtpaket!

Hele mooie comfortabele plek , waar we ons meteen thuis voelde. Uitzicht op veel groen .Zeer vriendelijke eigenaren. Goede rustige locatie met fijne parkeergelegeheid. Met de fiets of de U -baan is het oude centrum prima te bereiken.

Perfektes Quartier um Wien und Umgebung zu erkunden
Die komfortable Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine Abkühlung im Pool hat allen gut getan. Optimal war für uns die Gargage, da wir mit Auto und Fahrrädern angereist sind. Durch die hohe Garage konnten wir die Räder auf dem Dach montiert lassen. Man ist per Auto schnell draußen im Grünen und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln auch sehr schnell in der Stadt. Wir haben die Gastfreundschaftlichkeit und unseren gesamten Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Excellent stay
Very comfortable and spacious apartment, especially in the garden room, watching the red squirrels charging around as we had breakfast! Great location, quiet, centre easily accessible; with loads to do locally as well. Hosts very friendly and obliging, helping out with "emergency" provisions during the Epiphany public holiday! Wir haben traumhaft schöne 14 Tage in Wien verbracht, nicht zuletzt auch, weil wir nach ausgiebigen Unternehmungen bei glühender Hitze diese wunderschöne Fewo genießen konnten. Es war einfach alles da, was man brauchte (und noch mehr sogar). Hinzu kam die exzellente Garage für unser Auto, in die sogar ein Wohnmobil gepasst hätte. Die U-Bahn-Station war in 5 Min. erreichbar, so dass wir an keinem Tag das Auto bewegen mussten. Vor allem aber : Sehr nette, freundliche Gastgeber, die für alle Fragen ansprechbar waren. Danke, liebe Fam. Stadlhofer für die herzliche Aufnahme bei Ihnen. Sollten wir wieder einmal Wien planen, kommen wir sehr gerne wieder in die Töpfelgasse .
