Rent med stora rum och perfekt läge
Rent och fint hotell med stora rum. Jag hade typ en egen lägenhet med två rum. Läget är utmärkt cirka 100 m från tunnelbanestation och gångavstånd in till staden. Trots att hotellet ligger precis vid en korsning så hör man inget av trafiken eftersom det är dubbla isolerade fönster. Rummet passade mig utmärkt och jag kan lätt tänka mig att bo här igen om jag kommer tillbaka till den fantastiskt vackra staden Wien igen.

Ingen AC, inget spa.
Enligt informationen om hotellet så skulle de ha fullständigt spa. Det har de inte. Det står även att de har AC, det är en sanning med modifikation. De kan enligt de själva bara ha värme eller kyla igång i hela huset samtidigt. Eftersom vårt besök var i maj, när det var 10-20 grader ute hade de kvar värmen i huset. Alltså fick vi ingen kyla trots att det var 30-35 grader varmt i huset. Personalen ville inte göra något mer än att nicka medhållande om hur dåligt det var. Vi bokade hotellet för att de skulle ha AC på rummet och fullständigt SPA, något vi sett fram emot efter 14 dagars bilande genom Europa, med möra ryggar skulle vi bada, masseras och basta och njuta av ett svalt hotellrum. Så blev det ju såklart inte. Ingen åtgärd, ingen kompensation. Vi kommer aldrig mer att återkomma till detta hotell och kommer aldrig att rekommendera det.

Bra hotell.
Stora rum, trevlig personal. Helt ok läge med gångavstånd eller en tunnelbanestation till Stefansplatsen och Wien Mitte med transport till flygplatsen. Åt inte frukost på hotellet då detta kostade alldeles för mycket extra för en ganska liten buffé.

Smooth and comfy
Quiet, in spite of the road traffic close by. Very accommodating staff.

Great value for money. You actually get a small apartment for the price of an ordinary hotelroom. Nice to have living-and workspace separate from your bedroom! Friendly staff and room is cleaned every morning, The situation is good and I found at least two genuine and nice restaurants close by. The Stadpark is 1 minute away, subway is 2 minutes further and you can walk to the Stephansdom in 15 minutes. Only wish there could be a small breakfast at a reasonable price instead of a big buffet for 18 €! But this goes for most hotels.

Great hotel to a nice price
Very satisfied with everything. The room was large, the breakfast was good, and the staff was nice and friendly. Great location, and even if it was in the centre there was not any disturbing noise. If I ever come back to Vienna I would stay at this hotel again, I can really recommend it! Must be hard to find another hotel as good as this one to such an affordable price.

Jag och en vän bodde här. Bokade dagen innan. Väldigt nöjd. Allt var i tipp topp skick. Väldigt fina rum. Nära stan. Helt perfekt!! Rekommenderas!

Einfach nur top!
Interessante Location. Da wurde ein typisches Ringstraßenhaus zum Hotel ausgebaut. Unsere Suite waren 2 echt große Räume mit Wohlfühlcharakter. Sehr großes Badezimmer. Dennoch wurde mit den alten Fensterrahem der ursprüngliche Charme erhalten. Top freundlicher Service, sehr hilfsbereites Personal in allen Bereichen. Parken gegen Aufpreis im Hotel Intercont schräg gegenüber möglich. - Bei der Buchung voranmelden nicht vergessen! Frühstück sieht zwar "klein" aus, ist aber umfangreich und sicher für jeden was dabei. Uns hat es prima gefallen und wir kommen fix wieder.

Overall a great place to stay. Neat "boutique" style hotel within easy walking distance to the subway station and the park, as well as the city center. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very spacious, although the showers are very small (bigger than a cruise ship shower, but not by much). The beds were a bit harder than I prefer, and the king-sized bed was actually two twin beds pushed together. Still, I would not hesitate to stay there again when in Vienna.

Overall good experience with some little things. The receptionists were very friendly. The suite was spacious and clean. Surprisingly no decent coffee/coffee machine but only a kettle to boil water and instant coffee packages. For extra 15 euros you could get Nepresso with 10 pods. Also hallways were renovated so did not look like a 4 star hotel.

Hotel facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto e in posizione eccellente per poter visitare le principali attrazioni viennesi sia a piedi che con la metropolitana. Tutto il personale dell'hotel è molto cordiale e disponibile a dare informazioni utili. Colazione ricca che spazia dal dolce al salato. La camera che avevamo noi era spaziosa e il bagno enorme. Molto silenzioso.

Stayed in the deluxe suite which was nice and spacious with a good sized bathroom. There was a mix up with the booking (Expedia miscommunication) but the staff member was very good at sorting the issue out and we got the room we had booked. The hotel was clean and not far from a subway stop so easy to access. I would recommend.
