Hotel from hell
Hotelet är 100% under renovering. Hur kan ni sälja denna hotel på eran hemsida. Det går absolut inte vara på hotelet mellan 8:30-18:00. Receptionen skiter i fullständig hur det påverkar gästerna. Är man Hotel.com gäst då blir man behandlad jättedåligt. Jag blev väldigt dåligt behandlad av både receptionisterna och hotel chefen, invandrare är inte välkommena i detta hotel sa chefen till mig. Expedia ska sluta sammarbeta med den här hotel kedja om ni inte har samma åsikter som dem.

Never ever Hilton again.
Vi har förmodligen haft lite otur med vår vistelse i Hilton Viena. Ingen information alls och mycket störande oljud från betong- och hammarborr och alla olägenheter som följer en rejäl ombyggnation som pågick ovanför vår våning/vårt rum. Därtill en störande bygghiss som arbetat hård bredvid vårt rum – då blir det verkligen lite svårt att slappna av. Man förstår att en ombyggnation kan pågå, men inte att man blivit placerat i sådana rum som egentligen inte alls borde ha varit i bruk, p g a ovan nämnda. Dessvärre fick man inget gehör när man önskat prata med ansvarige manager – som dessutom via sitt ombud – uppgav att hen inte haft tid att diskutera sakfrågan. Bortförklarande svar när man ödmjukt vid utcheckningen tillfrågar ifall man skulle kunna erhålla någon form av rabatt. Ett fullständigt diss, never ever Hilton again.

Nice hotel with excellent service in Vienna
Very nice hotel with excellent service and breakfast close to Stadtpark and just a few minutes walk from Stephansdom in central Vienna.

Superbra läge . Kommer man med tåg S7 från flygplatsen till Wien Mitte så är det runt hörnet . Trevlig och vänlig personal . Sköna kuddar och täcke. Enda negativa var att sängen knarra . Frukosten lite väl dyr 31 euro per person . Mysigt fik och bageri rätt över gatan. Återkommer gärna igen 😆

Trevligt och fint hotell. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bra läge. Fantastisk frukost! Även bra och rent gym. Trevliga gäster, många från Asien (det serverades även asiatisk mat till frukost).

Very small fitness room, especially in ”rush hour” and modestly equipped. Same with exec.lounge, not enough room for all that wanted to come in at around 7 pm..

The service and location was really good. I personally think that late checkout out was very expensive. The biggest flaw tough was that the rooms and the executive lounge felt very outdated. For a room of that price Inwould expect a much nicer room. It was good in size and clean but it very modern. Could really use an update. Expected a little more.

I highly, highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Vienna. This was my second visit to Vienna, and it's located right in front of the station with good access from the airport, so there's no problem with security. If you can walk a little, it's about a 10 minute walk to Stephansplatz, the tourist center.

Pessimo atendimento desde o dia q cheguei. Para piorar o quarto era velho, pequeno e o atendimento foi pessimo. Não funcionava o servico de recepção, desrespeito dos funcionários. Mesmo havendo pago varias coisas, fui cobrando no final pelas coias q ja havia pago e tove q me virar pra mostrar os recibos ou iriam cobrar novamente. Resumindo jamais vomtarei.
