En pärla
Ett mycket bra hotel till ett överkomligt pris nära centrum i Wien. Vi var mycket nöjda, trevlig och hjälpsam personal, utmärkt frukostbuffe med allt man kunde tänka sig även musserande vin. Rummet var lagom stort och sängarna bekväma. Enda dåliga var internettet som strulade och ville ha ny inloggning varje dag, vilket min telefon inte klarade. Nämnas skall också att det fanns gott om restauranger i varierande prislägen inom gångavstånd.

Trevligt hotell med bra läge
Bra hotell med välutrustade rum och mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Hotellet ligger i ett trevligt område med promenadavstånd till flera sevärdheter. En riktigt bra frukostbuffé ingår också.

Centralt läge med närhet till tunnelbanestation. Charmigt hotell med österrikisk anda på inredning. Letar du efter ett hotell med en personlig touch och inte det modernt avskalade konceptet är detta hotell ett väldigt bra alternativ.

Nice hotel, close to everything
A very nice hotel close to Karlsplatz. The tram no 1 stops right outside the hotel and takes you to all places in the city. The hotel is a bit of a contradiction. The common areas are very nice and certainly 4-star-class, as was the very friendly and helpful staff. But the room was very small and also a bit outdated. It also was very warm even though it was February and I had the window opened whenever possible to get it a bit cooler. In summertime it must be more like a sauna.... But you could sleep very well with little disturbance. Breakfast buffet was very nice and rich. So, in total I can recommend the hotel.

A lovely small hotel on the edge of the city centre. 15 min walk to the state opera and St Stephens cathedral Breakfast was very good and room cleanliness excellent A special note to the staff who were really friendly and helpful No hesitation in recommending this hotel to stay in Vienna

Every aspect of this comfortable hotel was excellent. The staff - especially in the restaurant - were extremely helpful. The establishment was well managed. Everyone was extremely professional and obviously well trained. The hotel was beautifully decorated with lots of interesting artefacts in display cabinets on the ground floor. The room was light and airy. The bed was extremely comfortable. .
