Något utöver det vanliga!
En upplevelse utöver det vanliga. Att bo på ”Sacher”, detta anrika gamla hotell med sin historia var helt enastående. Servicen exceptionell och hotellrummet så fräscht och lyxigt. Rekommenderas varmt om man vill ha det där lilla extra. Det är inte billigt, men det var det värt. Hela staden andas kultur och historia och besök gärna någon mindre lokal restaurang. Där får man genuin österrikisk mat och gott öl till bra priser. Läget är mitt i centrala Wien precis bredvid operahuset och nära till shopping och mysiga restauranger samt massor av fantastiska museer och musik. Taxi är förhållandevis billigt, tunnelbanan är mycket bra och man tar sig lätt till ställen runt hela staden. Enda minus är alla turistgrupper överallt.

Ett hotell med anor, men som trots sina fem stjärnor vare sig är vräkigt eller pompöst, utan mysigt, intimt och smakfullt. Perfekt läge och väldigt passande för kulturresa under den kalla årstiden.

Klagar på hiss utanför fönstret
Fantastiskt hotell med underbar service. Mannen som skjutsade oss till och från flygplatsen guidade samtidigt. Otroligt kunnig och trevlig. Tyvärr besviken över rummets läge. En byggnadsställning med en hiss gick upp och ner utanför fönstret mellan 7.30- 17.00 minst tre ggr/ tim. Otroligt irriterande att inte få sova på morgonen. Det enda att klaga på- allt annat fantastiskt.

Tradition at it’s best!
Other than the Sacher Tarte there are abundant reasons to stay at Hotel Sacher. If you like traditional Hotels at their very best, this is the right place to be. Expensive? Yes, but you get an extra ordinary and positive experience in every aspect. Worth every Euro.

Hög klass med diskret service i Wien
Hotellet håller mycket hög klass, service förstklassigt, lugnt och tyst på hotellet. Inte ett "håll igång ställe" utan om man bara vill njuta av atmosfären av ett gammalt klasshotell. Helt underbar SPA avdelning med tre olika bastun (ört, ånga och finsk), underbara behandlingar och relax. Ett toppen ställe som vi kommer återkomma till. Är man intresserad av opera så finns den bara en stenkast ifrån.

We had 4 nights at the iconic Sacher hotel. Not only this hotel is amazingly beautiful but the gem there is the Staff. From concierge to maid, via barman, all is done with a smile, kind words and making you feel like an old precious friend. The breakfast is delicious and so varied. The breakfast rooms are a delight for the eyes too. The concierges can organise everything for you. From taxi to tickets. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. Elegance and practicality combined with old fashion luxury. The blue bar was our perfect place to go after a busy day exploring Vienna. We arrived before checking time but the staff organised an early check in. We left our luggages in storage after check out too as our flight was a late one. All was organised easily and with great attention to details. We recommend Sacher hotel very warmly and we hope to be returning one day. Vienna is a beautiful city and staying at the Sacher Hotel makes it a truly unforgettable holiday.

It has a charm of its own. Staff are very polite and attentive. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We wanted to go to the Opera and be able to walk around the center. Great location. Dinner at the hotel was great.

Wir hatten eine unfassbar schöne Zeit im Hotel Sacher. Das Hotel ist wirklich einzigartig und spiegelt den Flair von Wien wieder. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Oper und man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Das macht das Hotel perfekt geeignet für einen Städtetrip. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und super zuvorkommend. Ich habe noch nirgends so einen einzigartigen Service und so eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Der Concierge Service sowie Room-Service sind 24/7 erreichbar und über ein iPad im Zimmer buchbar. Die Speisen sowohl in den Restaurant als auch im Café sind einmalig und sehr lecker. Die Zimmer sind wunderschön dem Wiener Stil entsprechend eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich gestaltet. Alles ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkte waren, dass im Bad keine Fußbodenheizung verfügbar war und es daher sehr kalt war und dass wir leider trotz der Zimmerkategorie einer Juniorsuite keine Teeauswahl auf dem Zimmer hatten. Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit das Hotel weiterempfehlen und kommen sicherlich wieder.

Ein Aufenthalt mit Wohlfühlfaktor
Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals ist exhorbitant. Selten habrn wir einen solchen Wohlfühlfaktor erlebt. Insbesondere Micki aus dem Concierge-Team war extrem servuceoriwntiert und hat uns auch in die Historie des Hauses involviert und die anderen DSacher-Hotels schmackhaft gemacht.

Eine der ganz grossen Adressen in Wien - wenn nicht sogar in ganz Europa. Von der Ankunft am Flughafen bis zur Fahrt zurück an den Flughafen war einfach alles top. Das Hotel Sacher lässt keine Wünsche offen.

A classic property with beautiful appointments. The buffet breakfast is gorgeous but super spendy at $95 per head, not a daily thing. The Sacher cafe has a good breakfast menu for a third of the price. Great location across the street from the Opera House.

As we arrived at the hotel, we were immediately greeted at our car by efficient and friendly bellmen. As they parked our vehicle and gathered our bags, we checked in to the hotel with Alexandra. She made the process easy and walked us through the common areas / restaurant/ bar before finally escorting us to our suite. Our suite was beautifully decorated and full of cushy amenities- robes, slippers, an espresso machine, fruit, and most importantly a Sacher torte! We especially enjoyed the Blue Bar. It served creative drinks and great food. We've stayed at many fine hotels but this hotel is the definition of service and elegance.
