Trevligt hotell nära westbahnhof där flygbussen stannar så nära och bra. Nära till tunnelbana att ta sig överallt. Trevlig personal med bra engelska. Enda minuset var der fria wifiet som var väldigt långsamt annars väldigt trevligt besök.

Bra hotell något utanför stadskärnan
Bra hotell, håller motsvarande Scandic-klass här hemma. Rent och bra städat. Tyvärr ligger det en bit från de centrala delarna, ca 25 min att gå. Tunnelbana finns dock. Vi hyrde även parkering och det fungerade utmärkt.

Allting var bra utom en otrevlig person vid frukostkontroll, vi har betalt frukosten vid ankomst och visade kvitton men han underkände pappret, efter kontakt vid reception har allting ordnat sig på några minuter, personalen vid receptionen var underbar, trevliga glada, hjälpsamma.....stor plus

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, der Service am Frühstücksbuffett schien aufgrund der Enge der Räumlichkeiten und der hohen Gästeanzahl ein wenig überfordert. Die Qualität der Waren am Frühstücksbuffett war grösstenteils eher schlecht. Es wurde ein Tablett übergeben, wir waren total überrascht, wie in einer Firmenkantine. Teilweise war es sehr warm und eng. Nicht sehr gemütlich. Zustand der Einrichtung im Zimmer, sehr abgewohnt und teilweise verschlissen oder defekt. Im Foyer war der Bezug von einigen Sitzmöbeln ab bzw. eingerissen. Fazit von uns 4 Personen in Alter von 31 bis 66 Jahren, es war das schlechteste Hotel, außer dem wirklich netten Personal, was wir jemals hatten. Nicht noch einmal.

Posizione ben collegata con areoporto, stazione centrale e centro. Con 10 min di mezzi si può raggiungere ogni punto di interesse. Zona non esclusiva ma ricca di servizi, a ridosso di una delle principali vie commerciali di Vienna (mariahilferstrasse). Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Camera essenziale con tutto il necessario, secondo lo standard ibis. Avrei preferito un pavimento diverso dalla moquette.

The staff and hotel were great. It was very hot in the room, during the winter, due to absolutely no air flow without the window open. However, being on the front side of the hotel, you’re on the main road, so it was incredibly loud with traffic and construction going on ALL night. Bring ear plugs. Other than being noisey, it is a great place to stay!

Lage ist toll wenn man ins Theater gehen will. Betten sind ziiiemlich hart, das ist nicht jederman's Geschmack. Strassenlärm ist im 10. Stock soo sehr zu hören als wäre das Fenster offen. Frühstuück ist alles da was man braucht.

Die Temperatur im Zimmer war viel zu hoch. Man konnte sie leider auch nicht regulieren. Öffnet man das Fenster, ist der Lärmpegel sehr hoch. Man sollte wissen, dass die Lage des Hotels sehr zentral und damit sehr gut gelegen ist, jedoch liegt es direkt am Gürtel, der extrem stark befahren ist. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

El hotel tiene una ubicación buenísima. Hay una parada de tranvía justo enfrente del hotel (20 metros) y una de metro a menos de 5 minutos con la que estás en el centro en unos diez minutos. También está a unos cinco minutos andando de Wien Westbahnhof, desde donde salen autobuses directos al aeropuerto. Aparte de la fantástica ubicación, el hotel era muy muy tranquilo. No se escucharon ruidos ni siquiera en Nochevieja. También estaba todo muy limpio y el personal es muy amable. El desayuno también muy completo, con independencia de lo que cada uno desayuno. Por señalar algún aspecto negativo, los tres ascensores no parecen bien coordinados, ya que nos ocurrió en varias ocasiones que o todos estaban arriba o todos abajo. Por otro lado, se echaba de menos más personal en la parte de restaurante, tanto para servir como en cocina (en dos días que pedimos Apfelstrudel, en ambos tuvimos que volver a pedirlo y tardaron mucho en servirlo).

朝食は、種類も豊富で美味しかった。 部屋は値段相応であった。アメニティは、基本的なタオルのみ。清掃は行き届いてた。 ウィーン西駅から徒歩圏内で、ホテルの目の前にはトラムの駅があるので交通の便は良かった。

Leider nicht mehr so gut!
Leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr so gut wie noch 2019. Wir waren etwas enttäuscht über die Handhabung von Problemen insbesondere wäre eins sehr unerfreulich, wir hatten extra nachgefragt wegen frühem Frühstück am Anreisetag und die Antwort war ja eingeschränktes Frühstück ab 4 bis 6. Als wir dann um 5 Uhr zum Frühstück kamen hieß es lapidar heute nicht. Wir bekamen zwar noch etwas aber erst auf drängen.

Sehr geehrter ibis Gast,vielen Dank für Ihre Zeit unser Hotel zu bewerten.Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie diesen Eindruck gewonnen haben. Es stimmt, das Frühstücksbuffet soll um 4:00 aufgebaut sein. Unser Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war durch einen Krankenstand in dieser Nacht kurzfristig alleine im Dienst und schaffte es nicht eher. La struttura è accogliente, la camera spaziosa e a prima vista pulita. Sotto il letto abbiamo trovato polvere, forse dettata anche dalla moquette,ma per il resto pulita. La colazione è abbondante e variegata, di buona qualità. La posizione, anche se leggermente fuori dal centro, è ottima. L’unica pecca è che, essendo al 13esimo piano in giornate di allerta vento, la finestra durante la notte è stata molto rumorosa

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo , personale super disponibile e colazione eccellente (sia dolce che salata). Metro a 400 m. direttamente sulla linea che collega al treno veloce per l’aeroporto, strategico per andare ovunque. Gli ibis sono sempre una certezza di accoglienza per viaggi a costi accessibili.
