a perfect place
Everything is very clean and cosy, furthermore the area is very exciting with plenty of cafés, shops etc and walking distance to the main atractions

Rent och prydligt. Restaurangen var tyvärr inte öppen för middag pga lågsäsong. Kolla öppetiderna med receptionen. Stereo med skivspelare på rummet. Man kan låna vinylskivor.

From entering the reception and being treated in a personal way and not just like any customer in the amount of 5+ The room, a very comfortable bed, important, and then a very cool room with very good cleanliness. Loved being able to play LPs on the gramophone in the room. The LPs can be borrowed at the reception. Im staying a lot in hotels and this one gets 5+

The room was good size and had a nice patio. The air conditioning was not working well enough. We were on the 7th floor and it would not cool the room. The front desk staff tried, but there was nothing they could do. It was 80 degrees F outside and it just could not keep up. I would not stay here if the temperature was above 65 F.

Sehr gutes und freundliches Personal. Tolles Frühstück, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für Langschläfer gibt es in der Rooftop Bar auch ein Langschläfer Frühstück. Wer Musik liebt ist hier genau richtig ☺️

Sehr coole Zimmer, zentral erreichbar. Jedoch etwas laut bei den Zimmern auf der Straßenseite - Parkplätze viel zu teuer!

Liebe Evgenia, vielen Dank für deine gute Bewertung. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass dir die Staßenzimmer etwas zu laut waren. Gerne können wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt. Bezüglich Parken können wir verstehen, dass 42 viel ist. Wir halten uns hier aber an unsere Nachbargarage. Würden wir es günstiger machen, hätten wir viel mehr Nicht-Hotelgäste und somit weniger Platz. Wir würden uns dennoch freuen, euch nochmals bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Fab hotel, quirky and so much better than your usual corporate hotel, relaxed with great staff. Funky bedrooms, very comfy beds . Great location, plenty going on in the vicinity and walkable to museum quarter, close to underground also to explore more of this wonderful city.

Die Lage ist ok. Entweder 20-25 min zu Fuß zum Staphansplatz oder 5 min bis zur U-Bahn Haltestelle. Hotel ist modern und sauber. Personal jung und freundlich aber nicht professionell. Standardzimmer sehr groß. Tiefgarage Wucherpreis mit 42 Euro pro Tag.

Great place to stay
Excellent advice from the front desk about Vienna, room was spacious and comfortable, location is excellent - museum quarter about a ten minute walk and U-Bahn station about 5 minutes. And if you stay, check out the Raimundhof, a wonderful little passageway just a minute from the hotel, with great cafes and shops.

location is decent, walkable to some good sights and shopping area, very clean room, overall I thought for the price, it could have been better. The guy that checked me in had a weird attitude and this really put me off - I travel 9/12 months a year and for hospitality, I found him very poor.

Struttura con ottima posizione, centrale, ci si muove tranquillamente a piedi e si hanno vicino diverse stazioni di metropolitana. Personale ottimo, molto gentile e disponibile, tutti sempre con un sorriso. Unico neo abbiamo avuto la stanza oltre l’orario di check in ed il late check out è risultato a pagamento; mancavano alcuni servizi di solito presenti in un quattro stelle come io vanity set.

The property design is fun. Music-inspired interior design & comfy beds. The location is also good. However, the breakfast is far too expensive for what is offered (€25) and if you don’t call to book the night before, the charge you an extra €5 making it €30. The restaurant is hardly ever open—we were there 5 nights Wed-Mon and it was closed 3 of those nights. The rooftop has cool drinks, but also odd hours. The rooms are clean, but the complementary water isn’t replenished and water glasses aren’t cleaned/replaced. Staff is very nice.

Second Stay as Good as the First!
This is our second stay at Jaz in the City Vienna and it is still excellent. We arrived from the airport via train and subway with a short walk and found it even faster than the taxi we took last time. The location couldn't be better for our 2 night stop over on the way to Prague. We will return.
