Ofta svårt för familj på fem personer hitta prisvärt boende så detta var bra för oss med välutrustat kök och bra sovplatser - rymligt. Värmebölja när vi var där och då var det svårt att få svalt i sovrum men annars bra.

Bra läge
Lägenheten ligger nära både tunnelbana och spårvagn. Plus att det tar inte lång tid att gå till centrum 20-30 minuter. Anlände vid 12 tiden och det var inga problem att få checka in lite tidigare. Rummet enkelt, men hade allt man behövde och även gratis WIFI fanns. Två stycken livsmedelsbutiker ligger i närheten. Kan rekommendera lägenheterna och bor gärna här igen.

Good location, easy to access, clear instructions. The flat is in poor condition; they have ants in it (traps are in place - PS used coffee is better). The beds and pillows are the best quality and there could be more things in the cupboard, such as salt, oil etc. Good option for a cheap price.

La propiedad está ubicada en una zona muy agradable, con varios restaurantes y servicios cerca y a solo 10 minutos caminando de la estación de metro. El acceso al departamento es sencillo y la organización para la entrega de las llaves fue óptima. Sin embargo, el lavabo del baño estaba tapado, el suporte del teléfono de la ducha estaba roto y las sábanas tenían hoyos. A parte de esto, todo funcionó bien. Recomendaría ampliamente el lugar, sin embargo ojalá se puedan ajustar estos detalles que restan calidad a la propiedad. ¡Gracias!

Location was great! About 10 min from downtown. Not clean: dusty floors and all shelves; moldy bathroom. Bedsheets where clean. Some stuff were broken and response from Property manager took around 12 hours. We asked about extended check out - never got answer for that. If you are ok to have close location to downtown and sleep in dirty room it’s ur ur perfect choice!

Lo mejor, la ubicación, se puede llegar cómodamente al centro de la ciudad y la zona es bastante tranquila. En el apartamento hay todo lo necesario, pero necesita mantenimiento o al menos algo de actualización. El sistema de entrada es muy cómodo.

어우 너무 좋던데
중심가랑 조금 떨어져잇긴한데 욕조도있고 욕실깨끗하구 방도 넓찍하이 좋앗음. 한 3분??5분??거리에 마트도 하나있고ㅎㅎ 방에 라디에이터 늘 켜져있었음. 쇼파베드도 하나있고 부엌도 있고.. 새 수세미랑 식기세척기용 세제블럭도 준비해놨길래 오 좋은데 생각함 아 그런데 지하층?에 세탁기있어서 쓸수잇긴한데 건조기발견못함 ㅠㅋㅋ 방에널엇슴 암튼 전체적으로 컨디션 넘좋았네용 다음에도 오스트리아 온다면 또 예약할라고요

The placement is very good! Mattress was very comfortable! We ordered Deluxe Apartment but that wasn’t exactly deluxe: Air conditioner works only as a FAN !!! There wasn't washer in apartment as was promised by booking information

Intressante Ferientage
Es war eine sympatische Stimme die uns begleitete bis wir die Appertementschlüssel hatten. Die sehwnswürdigkeiten waren leicht erreichbar zu Fuss oder mit der U-Bahn. Essen konnte man überall auch im Appertement war alles da zum kochen und essen auch die Abwaschmaschiene.

Die Größe und die Lage der Unterkunft was sehr schön. Die Bäder waren abgewohnt...da extra WC roch grauenvoll und das lies sich durch Spray auch nicht ändern....die Küche und auch das restliche Mobilar hatte schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt in Wien.

비엔나 중심지역까지 도보로 15분 이상 소요되어 위치가 애매모호함 근처에 식당이 있긴 하나 많지는 않음 방은 3명 정도 쓰기에는 무리가 없음 숙박일수가 길면 수건은 좀더 비치해 주면 좋겠음

Posto abbastanza centrale ma appartamento deludent
Appartamento molto piccolo per ospitare 4 adulti (due letti erano addossati al balcone che non si poteva aprire, una scrivania anch'essa addossata ad un'altro balcone che non si poteva aprire, nè si poteva spostare la scrivania per motivi di spazio). Una camera quindi per 2 persone adattata a 4. Camera molto calda senza condizionatore ed eventuali tapparelle da poter abbassare. Cucina con una sola piastra funzionante, lavabo bagno otturato, mancanza di un vetro box doccia ecc.... Posto abbastanza centrale, centro città raggiungibile a piedi in dieci minuti.

Dear Aniello, the apartment you rented is a studio apartment with a single double bed and an extendable sleeping couch. This is also written in the description. If anything is not working properly in the apartment then we usually fix it on the same day. Did you call or write us about the clogged sink and the not-funtioning plate in the kitchen? Also by chance you were in Vienna on the hottest week this year and we never offered AC with the apartment but try to bring some relief with the provided ventilators. War alles da was man braucht Föhn, Bügeleisen/Brett, Handtücher, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher etc. nur beim Ventilator waren die Standfüße kaputt, keine Schrauben vorhanden zum aufstellen. Schade. Sauberkeit ok, für den Preis kann es auch nicht blitzblank sein, wenn man sucht findet man immer etwas, war alles akzeptabel. Zu wenige Ablagen, Zimmer war voll mit Koffer. Gute, ruhige Lage man braucht nur über Donau laufen und ist zu Fuß, in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Einchecken hat mit dem Code super geklappt. WLAN leider nicht immer.

Not a place I would recommend
We had a late check in so no one was available to help It was humid and hot and there was no air conditioning or fan. Also they mention washer dryer but there is only a washer in isolated basement which is a little scary no dryer(what meant was drying rack) They promised to bring fans which never came !! They one bedroom with sofa bed has poor layout and is not comfortable We tried to switch accommodation but with a group of 14 people it was not feasible they refused to refund even if we checked out. The elevator is not for people with claustrophobia.

Lage super, Apartement renovierungsbedürftig
Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt, das Apartement geräumig. Leider lag das Doppelbett in einer Nische, so dass man über den Partner herübersteigen musste, wenn man aus dem Bett wollte, was für ältere Menschen problematisch ist. Der Beistelltisch hatte ein Loch auf der Tischplatte. In der Kochecke waren an der Seitenwand Spuren vermutlich von einer Tomatensoße. Die Tür zum Bad war ziemlich schrottig, genauso wie das Schlafsofa, das außerdem eine viel zu harte Liegefläche hatte. Es gab auch keine Rollos, um das Zimmer zu verdunkeln.

Close to the city centre but awful!
Really awful. The apartment was dusty, the beds were lumpy, the curtains and blinds did not keep the light out and worse of all the W.C. smelt bad and we couldn't get rid of the smell. We checked out early because we couldn't stand the place.

Nice area, short walk to city center. Compact European Apartment. Flexible staff. Bedding and Pillows European style, but a fan was available as no thermostat visible. More directions on welcome introduction for non-European travelers on trash sorting rules, dumpster locations, etc. would be helpful.
