“When I arrived the staff was nice and check in was smooth. I left my bags to go straight out into town, what I noticed before I left was that they were wet around the toilet, I thought maybe they had just cleaned.
When I came back after a few hours, there was a sewage smell in the whole room. I contacted the reception who first wanted to solve it with fragrance spray... I had to stand up and say that I wanted a new room, in the end I got it and it was the same room except they didn't...

10/10 Utmärkt
Great little calm oasis in Vientiane. Loved to stay here, nice and quiet poolside, mostly adults, very tranquil. Rooms are fairly small (King Heritage) but have balcony or patio which is very nice to use. Only downside was no outdoor eating breakfast (strange to me..) and the shower set up in a bathtub was a bit strange as water splurged everywhere in the bathroom.
Staff was very friendly and polite and all smiles. Definitely recommend to stay here when in Vientiane!
