Unfortunately the transfer car we got sent from the hotel made us pay to get out from the airport even though we already had confirmed that we were gong to pay at the hotel.. But no big deal, just 100 rupees. The staff was very friendly and the service super, but we had missunderstood the destination. “One of the best hotel staying experience! My room was my home away from home, after a hectic day of work or wading through the incessant monsoons. The morning breakfast spread was sumptuous and wholesome...that would tide me over till 4 pm - which would be my lunch and dinner with my partners.
Fabulous staff..at the front and especially the special needs staff - Neelam and Mathiya were so so sweet and brought in a humane touch to the stay.
I would surely love to stay here again!”

“I would really recommend Meluha the Fern for your stay in Mumbai. Being an Eco friendly hotel makes the choice even easier. Staff was doing their outmost to make your stay the best thay can and always did the little extra. ( As prcking up my glasses I forgot on the flight over to India). Always clean and fresh areas. The breakfast leaves some potential for excellent but absolutely above medium with fresh omelettes and Indian local dishes.”

“The staff is helpful, but the bedsheet, blanket and pillowcases are not clean they were not changed after last use. Mattress was bit firm but ok for sleep. AC, fan and TV were working. Phone has got lot of dust on it. Bathroom and toilet were ok, hot water provided, towel again is not clean. No name board outside, and is upstairs, so difficult to find it if you come in the night. Never buy or order food from the ( Azwan ? )restaurant menu card in the room, the food was horrible, I personally...

Communication was a bit lacking as we weren't informed of a party of building residents that played loud music or the fact that they do not have a 24 hour desk person to reach. Extra toilet paper wasn't provided as well which I'm sure they would have provided if asked but you shouldn't need to tbh. Hot water was an on and off situation. Overall my stay was a short one and I picked the property for its pet friendliness and distance to the airport.”
