The hotel is good stay for the value and location. The staff are very good. Housekeeping staff Nandi, restaurent staff in bar - Koti and in coffee shop were very good. Will come back because of the pleasent welcome at reception by Krishna Reddy and staff at hotel.

Staff doesn’t know how to operate on business travel level. Refuse to make changes when I easily could have done it myself, and refused to allow to do so. Wait staff smells. bathroom towels not changed, just folded and put back. Shower floods, and bedsheets had stains. all staff constantly looking for a tip, but don’t do anything worth tipping.

The property was in very good location. It was well maintained and staff were excellent. The rooms need to be renovated and USB outlets added. We stayed for extended period as needed to attend family functions. The housekeeping staff were excellent and Umesh was outstanding. He was always checking to provide any services needed. Ramesh from concierge was also good. The buffet restaurent was very good. Rajesh Berry checked everyday with a smile.

Good location but outdated rooms
The hotel location was great, close to Benz circle & a lot of food joints. The rooms are very outdated with old designs. The shower area of my room was getting flooded when using it. Wifi was nice & fast (10 mbps) but only available inside the room & not the lobby, restaurant etc. Hot breakfast was served with many items that were available to be ordered on a live counter.

普通のホテル
建物は古い様ですが、部屋の広さ、トイレ、シャワーの大きさも問題ありませんでした。 朝食もまずまずです。ただＷＩ－ＦＩの調子がいまいちでした。２泊して夕食を２回食べましたが 味の方がちょっとという感じでした。この都市も老朽化しており、現在新都市へ移行の為車で ３０～４０分走った場所に工事が進められており、１０年後には新しい都市が出来るそうです。 田舎でしたが空気が良くありませんでした。

Room is excellent - go elsewhere for food
Room & service is good & nice breakfast options(included) Food service is terrible - for our first room delivery order, we got a bunch of small bone pieces on a vegetarian dish. Both my mom and sister are pure vegetarians. We get NO curtesy from the management in this regard & we never order food after that incident.

Bit pricey
Clean, comfy and reasonable size rooms. Staff are courteous, room service and house keeping are very good. Food is also good. Hotel location close to shopping malls and the main road. Hence you can hear the traffic noise if you happen to have the room adjacent to the street.

Excellent location, but unbearable noise.
Clean and nice hotel. Location is excellent. The big complaint I have is the noise on the street. The hotel is right on the main st and the honking of the cars, buses and other vehicles is unbearable. The windows don't seem to be sound proof at all.

Good Hotel at a center location
I stayed for a week at the hotel. I felt that the hotel could have given more specials like lunch / dinner promotions. The liquor was very expensive. Overall it is a good hotel. I felt that the hotel always had staff shortage in the Springs restaurant. I was impressed with the service in the A La carte restaurant upstairs. The food quality and service was awesome. Ram who served us amazing and was ready to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. I wish the customer service at the front desk and the persons in the other restaurant are as good as him.

The worst hotel experience ever!!
Booked the room via Hotels.com and they charged my card immediately. Got there with the family after a long drive ready to clean up and get some rest and are told that there are no rooms available. What? Really? That happens? Called Hotels.com and after being on hold for over an hour, (mind you the family is waiting in the car and are getting antsy) they hang up on me. They did send me an email with alternate hotels great!! Only problem is, they are about 250 miles away. And in Indian traffic, that is over 8 hours of driving. It is like asking for a room in Atlanta and being shown one in Washington DC. Extremely disappointed in the hotel as well as hotels.com.

GLOOMY experience !
The general impression of this hotel is bad. While the staff at the hotel are by & large ok the upkeep of the hotel is bad, it reeks of smell and gloom; the lobby and the rooms are not well lit. The carpet and the upholstery in the room are not cleaned, at least in my room. The worst part is the location of the hotel: right at the corner of busy traffic crossing. The street noise filters through the window at high decibels. You really must be tired to get sleep. I recommend this hotel only if there are no other choices in Vijaywada.
