“The room was spacious, comfortable and clean on arrival. However, it was not cleaned every day, but this was not a problem and adds to the sustainability of the stay. But i would ahve appreciated if the teaand coffe that was avaiablein the room on arrival would have been replenished as is I ran out during the first day of my stay. ”

“The hotel was nice overall, but there were several things I did not like. First, a lot of light comes into the room in the morning. I would have preferred blackout curtains. There is also an exterior light that shines into the room at night, which I found quite annoying. Second, the pillows were not very comfortable for a hotel. Another issue was the noise. The walls seem very thin, and I could hear my neighbors clearly. I could hear snoring, coughing, and other noises from the room next...

“Easy check in. Clean room staff helpful when needed”

“After arrival, check-in and getting to our 4th floor room, I attempted to contact the front desk with the house phone to request extra pillows but the room phone didn't work. I checked the wire connections between the phone and wall outlet. It was connected properly but dead. So I had to make a trip to the front desk to obtain the pillows and tell them about the phone. They said they'd report it to maintenance. Despite complaints, the phone was never fixed during our 3 day stay which meant...
