âThis hotel is true luxury. Staying in the most perfectly developed historical building was nothing but joyful and relaxing. The staff are proud of their roles, warm and professional. The hotel is immaculate. Rooms were cleaned to the highest standards and also turned down each evening with a home baked sweet treat left. The spa was not half measures and again is perfect. I had in fact booked this hotel by mistake, believing it to be in PortoâŠ..it turns out to be the best mistake I made. Taxis...

The personal was not helpful at all and blamed on us as bad persons, the person did not want to give us the phone number of the manager. In the breakfast bread we found a metal ring,almost broke my teeth, if I swallowed it I could end up at the hospital. I never met such an aggressive person, she insulted us when we left the place. â

Enda anmÀrkningen var att vi mÀrkte mitt i natten att ACn inte funkade. DÄ vi endast var dÀr under en natt sÄ pratade vi med personalen pÄ dagen efter som visade stor vilja pÄ att lösa problemet pÄ en gÄng.

âMarvelous location with views to kill for. Our standard room was ok but the bed rock hard. Restaurant ambitious but didn't mange to serve two main courses in parallel. Overall, ok for a passing visit during low season, but not recommended for any longer stay.â

We chose this resort for its outdoor layout, which perfectly accommodates families. The outdoor heated pool, playground, paddle courts, spa, and direct access to a beautiful beach were highlights that the kids thoroughly enjoyed.

âPerfect for Camino del la Costa if you want to stop between Vila do conde and Marinas. You can then walk on the road straight on the next day. The staff is very welcoming and lovely and there is a popular restaurant 700 m away. Oh and the breakfast buffer includes eggs - both scrambled and boiled! That's something I haven't seen much of on the Camino! I recommend it!â
