This lovely apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. The open-plan layout creates a seamless connection with the dining area, where a compact bar table and stools provide a cozy setting for meals.

The space also features a modern kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including high-end appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker—perfect for preparing delicious meals. A bright sunroom offers an ideal spot to enjoy your morning coffee in a peaceful setting.

The apartment includes cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, stylish headboards, and soft textures to ensure restful nights. All beds come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

Lastly, the property offers both a hallway bathroom with a shower and an en-suite bathroom, providing added convenience and privacy. Fresh towels are provided for your stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and comfortable apartment in Árvore, near Vila do Conde, just a short distance from the beautiful Atlantic coastline. Guests can enjoy nearby beaches such as Praia da Azurara and Praia da Senhora da Guia, perfect for relaxing walks, sunbathing, and surfing.

The area also offers scenic seaside walkways along the dunes, ideal for cycling and sunset strolls, as well as the protected coastal landscape of Mindelo, great for nature lovers and birdwatching.

Vila do Conde’s charming historic center is close by, where guests can visit the Santa Clara Monastery, the iconic Nau Quinhentista ship replica, and enjoy local seafood restaurants by the river.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Árvore (Linha do Minho), is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the property, offering regular connections to Porto (Campanhã / São Bento) and other northern destinations.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is about a 15–20 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
