Settle into this charming apartment designed for comfort and convenience. The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, perfect for cozy movie nights on the TV. WiFi is available throughout, and a dedicated workspace allows you to comfortably catch up on work or browse online.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, cutlery, and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. The dining area provides a pleasant space to enjoy your creations together.

The bedroom offers a plush double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, creating a relaxing private retreat. A second bathroom features a refreshing shower and is equipped with fresh towels and a hairdryer for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A modern and comfortable apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, well located for exploring both Gaia and Porto. Guests are close to Arrábida Shopping, the Gaia riverside with its famous wine cellars, and scenic viewpoints such as Jardim do Morro. With easy access to the Douro River, Dom Luís I Bridge, and Porto’s historic center, it’s an ideal base for sightseeing, dining, and shopping in the region.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is an 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
