The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa, a TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table. Large windows allow plenty of natural sunlight to brighten the space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and essential cookware. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and ample storage space, complete with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and unwind.

Additionally, you can enjoy an outdoor space with a BBQ area, perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco.

For your comfort, the space is professionally cleaned before every stay.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property offers proximity to several notable attractions. One such highlight is the Miradouro da Pedra, a scenic viewpoint providing panoramic vistas of the Douro River and the city of Porto. For those interested in local history, the Igreja Paroquial de Oliveira do Douro stands as a testament to the area's rich cultural heritage.

Culinary enthusiasts will find a variety of dining options nearby. Vinha Restaurante offers a refined dining experience with a menu that showcases contemporary Portuguese cuisine. For a more casual setting, Sabores Da Seara serves traditional dishes in a cozy atmosphere. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
