Apartamento Fassina is a comfortable, clean, and well-situated second-floor apartment in the heart of Vilanova i la Geltrú. While it is not a luxury property, it is well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and ideal for those who value space, functionality, and an excellent location.

The apartment features a bright, open-plan living and dining area with comfortable seating, a large TV, and sliding doors that open onto a small, long balcony.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for daily life, from quick breakfasts to family meals.

It offers four bedrooms, perfect for families or groups, with a combination of 3 double beds and 1 single bed. All rooms are clean and comfortable. The apartment includes one main bathroom and an additional half-bath (toilet).

To ensure a comfortable stay year-round, there are ceiling fans in the living room and all bedrooms, heating, and reliable WiFi, making it suitable for long stays or remote work.

-ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The apartment forms part of a quiet residential build. Guests must always follow the community rules and be respectful to the neighbours.





Before booking please be aware that, to keep you and property safe, we require all guests to complete a short verification process.



The property owner also requires guests to pay a 300 € damage deposit which is returned 7 days after check out if there are no incidents.



In Catalunya all property owners are required to collect guest information and provide it to local police within 24 hours of check-in so please have your identity cards or passports ready.



All guests over the age of 17 are also required to pay the tasa turística (tourist tax) which is €1 per day per guest up to a maximum of €7 per guest.

-HOUSE RULES:
When using the heating, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the heating when you go out. No smoking in the apartment.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
