The study also includes a Smart TV, making it an additional space for relaxation or entertainment.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking utensils.

Between the kitchen and the dining area, there is a counter with two stools, perfect for enjoying coffee or chatting while preparing meals.
