“The property was nice. The rooms were clean. There was a couple light bulbs burnt out and the a/c had a small issue but otherwise was nice. The bad thing was that this property is apparently seaonsal and we were not told that some of the restuarnts were closed and that there was no where on site to have breakfast includong the continental breakfast that was also closed due to seasonal. “The beach was beautiful but the property had the balcony acccess blocked due to repairs. We were not informed before our stay. Due to sanding, dust was thick outside our door and the whole hallway. Plus the ocean view from the condo was from the side, not direct view. Southern Vacation rentals were aware. They charged us again after we had paid in full to Hotel.com”

“The property was as described and as in the photos. Everything worked out great. Check in was a breeze. Gated compound is excellent. The condo is at the end of the peninsula, right across the street from Peg Leg Petes. Its located on the 4th floor and had a little balcony to sit at facing the beach. "A very nice hotel with a nice pool area and private beach. It is located in the perfect spot of Pensacola Beach with probably the best beach in Florida within sight from the hotel entrance and close access to restaurants, bars and nightlife. The room had everything you will need and was in a good condition. "
