“Before booking I had reached out to the hotel to see if they allow pets. they confirmed service animals are ok so we booked but once we got there & checked in that was not the case & they told us not a pet friendly hotel and our dog was barking too much etc. Managment was very rude after that point and consta”

“Beautiful hotel with exceptional views and location. Comfortable rooms with amazing staff. We would highly recommend and look forward to returning. We had a great stay!”

“Great views! Place was clean and comfortable… elevator didn’t work and you have to check in at a separate location if it’s past 5 PM”

“Loved our driver Matt and the young man at the front desk and the young man at the concierge desk. Rooms were quiet and beautiful. Didn’t like that we had put in a request to fix our internet and tv that didn’t have signal and the fridge was leaking. Never heard why none of those weren’t fixed? But, again, a lovely experience on a beautiful property.”

“Great place to stay. Central to all the lifts. Dining within 3-5 minute walk.”

I called and called to speak with the manager to have the promise fulfilled and left multiple messages only to be ignored. I requested either a credit for a later...

“The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us.”
