In Villaputzu, in southeastern Sardinia, just 4 km from the beaches and the port of Porto Corallo, and 30 minutes from Sardinia’s most beautiful beaches: the famous Costa Rey, Villasimius, the unspoiled Murtas, and the entire Feraxi area. To the north, you can reach the marina at Tertenia, Cardedu, and Gairo in less than an hour.<br>A special setting to spend your beach vacation. <br>The house consists of an entryway with a living room/kitchenette equipped with all kitchen utensils, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a dishwasher; a double bedroom; a bedroom with 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed; and a bathroom with a shower. Fully air-conditioned. A travel crib can be added upon request. Sheets and towels are included. An iron and ironing board, washing machine, and clothesline are available. Beach equipment is available upon request and subject to availability.<br>A barbecue is available for evening cookouts.<br>Ideal for a couple with up to two children and an infant.<br>Due to building regulations, we cannot accommodate pets.<br><br>IUN:P5646
