Spacious apartment with a beautiful view near the slopes

You'll be staying in a wonderfully spacious 160-square-meter apartment on the top floor of the chalet "Il fera beau demain." Located in Villard-Reculas, a charming mountain village in the heart of the Alpe d’Huez ski area—one of the 10 ski areas in the French Alps with the most reliable snow conditions.
A penthouse furnished for 8 people, with a stunning view and a large, sunny south-facing terrace—a wonderful spot to stargaze at night and breathe in the fresh air.
The living area consists of a large, well-equipped open kitchen, a spacious dining room overlooking the old village, and a cozy sitting area with a wood-burning stove. You’ll feel right at home! And here’s a very special detail: from every corner of the house, you have an unobstructed view of the outdoors.
The master bedroom features a 160-cm-wide bed, a large corner bathtub, and a sink. The second bedroom also has a double bed, a vanity, and a shower.
Then there’s a third, smaller bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed.
The mezzanine can also accommodate up to 2 people; there is a double bed (mattress on the floor) and a single bed.
All beds are 200 cm long.
In the hallway, you’ll find a (new) bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
The entrance to our apartment is at street level and includes a private parking area for three cars. Next to the entrance is a staircase leading down to the “summer terrace” and the ski storage room with boot warmers, which serves as the “bike storage room” in the summer.
The apartment is located in the upper part of the village, 150 meters from the ski slopes of Villard Reculas/Alpe d’Huez. A beautiful location in terms of both sun exposure and views, making it a wonderful place to stay in any season—even for guests who aren’t as active!
From Villard-Reculas, you can reach the ski slopes of Alpe d’Huez in 8 minutes, and Villard-Reculas also has its own smaller ski area with slopes for all skill levels. A small-scale ski school with friendly instructors who also speak English.
