We are offering this charming studio, renovated in 2021, for rent in the village of Villarembert – Le Corbier, within the “Antarès” residential complex, featuring mountain views, a ski resort within walking distance and a wellness area (subject to a fee) comprising a heated swimming pool, 25×12 m, depth ranging from 90 to 200 cm, a jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna and a gym: open in season from 12 December to 9 April and from 3 July to 31 August, between 10:00 and 19:00. Located on level -1 (accessible by lift) and accommodating 2 guests, it comprises a lovely 18 m² living area, a fully equipped open-plan kitchenette and a shower room. Wi-Fi (reduced speed), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

Due to its prime location, the accommodation may be subject to some noise from the nearby shopping centre and surrounding restaurants.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² living area with a flat-screen TV, a fold-away bed (140×190), storage space and a dining area.
- An open-plan kitchenette equipped with, amongst other things: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, ceramic hobs, a Senseo pod coffee machine and a filter coffee machine…
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a raclette machine, a fondue set, a blender and an iron.

The residence:
The three-storey, semi-detached ‘Antarès’ residence is situated in the centre of the Corbiers ski resort, 50 metres from the slopes. Within the residence you will find:
- Wellness area (subject to a charge): featuring a heated swimming pool, 25×12 m, depth ranging from 90 to 200 cm, a jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna and a gym: open during the season from 12 December to 9 April and from 3 July to 31 August, between 10.00 and 19.00.
- A storage room for suitcases and/or skis.

The flat is ideally situated in the Sybelles ski area, which boasts a total of 310 km of ski runs across Le Corbier and Villarembert, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market and a bakery…

Activities:

- Other ski areas: La Toussuire: Les Bottières, St Jean Arves/St Sorlin Arves, St Colomban des Villards, accessible via various ski lifts from Le Corbier.
- A wide range of ESF activities, a welcome drinks reception with live music, the HARIBO toboggan race, human curling, farm visits and a torchlit descent.
- The resort has held the “Famille Plus” accreditation since 2006, offering activities suitable for all ages.
- Summer sports activities: balance bike and scooter park for 3–12-year-olds / 7.4 km trail for e-bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback, fishing, canyoning…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the residence in the public car park 20 metres away.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Bus: a free bus service in winter serving the whole resort as well as La Toussuire, and a free tourist train in summer that also serves La Toussuire.
- Nearest railway station: Saint Jean de Maurienne station, 15 km away (25 minutes by car), with shuttle buses to Le Corbier available by booking.
- Nearest airport: Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport, 175 km away (2 hours 5 minutes by car).

Further information:
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are not binding and are subject to change by the resort of Le Corbier.
