This charming 23 m² studio apartment in Villarembert, with a ski station within walking distance, swimming pool and sauna in the residence, can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 23 m² living room with TV, pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2, 80×190), dining area, sleeping area with queen-size bed (160×200) and a curtain to separate this space.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, combined microwave and oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker, etc.
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC

Outside area :
- A south-facing balcony of approx. 2 m², overlooking the ski slopes, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

Free access to communal areas in the residence:
- Heated outdoor swimming pool, approx. 5×10 metres, secured by an electric shutter, accessible from mid-December to mid-April and from early July to late August. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to change by the residence. For precise dates, please contact the Corbier tourist office before booking. Outside these dates, the swimming pool is closed.
- Sauna (booking protocol to be checked on site).
- Fitness area.

The residence is ideally located, 50 m from the ski lift, 300 m from the nearest shops and 350 m from the ESF kindergarten. At an altitude of 1500 m, the Corbier resort offers exceptional panoramic views of the most beautiful neighbouring peaks - everything you need for an enjoyable stay!
A restaurant-bar, "L'épicurien", is open in the residence in winter and summer. It serves tartiflette, fondue, raclette and pizzas. Viennoiserie and bread to order in the morning. Ski equipment hire available...

Activities :
- A wide range of activities are available: downhill skiing, hiking, snowpark, paragliding or microlight flights, toboggan runs, dog-sled rides, ski school 600 metres away, mountain biking, etc.
- Numerous ESF activities, musical welcome drink, HARIBO sledge race, human curling, farm visit, torchlit descent.
- A "Family Plus" resort since 2006, with activities for all ages.
- Sports activities: bike park with sledges and scooters for 3-12 year olds / 7.4 km track for electric bikes, zip line, trampoline, paragliding, archery, exploring the peaks on horseback, "Île aux Dragons" leisure park, etc.

Public transport :
- Bus stop 50 m away serving various parts of the Corbier resort.
- Saint-Jean de Maurienne SNCF train station 25 minutes away by car.
- Chambéry airport 1h15 away by car (shuttle buses available from the airport).
- Drop-off point at the bottom of the residence

Other remarks :
- The resort is open from mid-December to mid-April and from the beginning of July to the end of August. Outside these periods, the resort and its shops are completely closed. These dates are non-contractual and are subject to adjustment by the Corbier resort.
- Please note: there are stairs to climb to access the accommodation.
- Free WiFi available
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Parents are entirely responsible for their children's swimming.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy and clean all appliances after use.
