Wake up, pour your coffee, have a seat on the front upper deck, and enjoy a nice relaxing view of the water/bay...or even better, take your coffee on a morning stroll at our beach!...its just a two min walk from our front door!

This spacious beautiful custom two story home is excellent for family/friend getaways, it's just a 2-min walk to bay/beach, and has great water views from the front deck and upstairs family room. Watch amazing sunsets from the deck or set up a chair to watch from our beach!

This immaculate comfortable home has an a completely open well lit floor plan (second floor), custom outdoor shower, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 half baths, large fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, 3 decks, free wifi, all new furniture/leather sofa, Weber grill, private fenced in backyard with private furnished covered lounge area/rear deck, a fire-pit, adirondeck chairs, and tiki torches...and easy access to downtown Cape May/Wildwood. Sleeps 8 people comfortably.

We supply all the essentials...linens and bath towels are provided. Please let us know if you have any special needs or requests!

You will have access to a community pool - just 5 miles from the house! Please inquire for details!

Beautiful home with all the amenities! Enjoyed our stay immensely. The views of the bay from the upstairs porch were wonderful and the quick walk to the beach was great! Close enough to downtown Cape May, an easy drive, but appreciated the quieter area of the Villas. Would definitely recommend this property. Owners were very responsive and super helpful.

Perfect!

This beautiful house was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our hosts anticipated all our needs, and the HVAC provided excellent climate control. We loved the location, which put us close to Cape May but without a crowded beach or downtown area. The sunsets always drew a crowd, though. They were spectacular! Harpoons on the Bay, right down the road, was a fun place to eat and have a drink at the end of the day.

This house was great for our chill bachelorette weekend! It fit 8 people comfortably. We did end up using a blow up mattress, as the fold out couch is located upstairs. Although the full beds in the bunk bed room could have fit two people each.Very quick walk to the bayside beach and short drive to the heart of Cape May. Hosts were very responsive, so helpful and kind. We would definitely come back!!

Gorgeous home - impeccably clean

This home is exactly as listed. It was so clean and smelled amazing upon check in. Correspondence with Joe was a breeze and he was so willing to help and provide suggestions. This home was very VERY comfortable and I can’t say enough about the amazing sunsets from the front deck or a short walk to the bay beach. The covered porch off the master was such a treat and so peaceful at night. Bonus 0.8 miles away is Flecks ice cream - OMG amazing! They have no less then 50 sundae options and so many other things to pick from. Worth the wait in line! 20 mins to downtown Cape May or Wildwood beaches. Super easy to navigate. Truly loved our stay and recommend this house for its cleanliness, layout and communication with the host.

Christmas in the Villas

Family gathering for Christmas. Thanks to Joe and Kelly for a great place to celebrate and relax. House was decorated so we did not have to pack our own tree and swag. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and we all enjoyed the house, beach and quiet location. Although it wasn't quiet inside. Beautiful home, great location

The home is fully renovated, well decorated, has all the essentials, including gear for the beach. It's perfect for a family. We just needed to bring beach towels and our clothes. The backyard and decks are so nice. It's so close to the bayside beach which has the best sunsets. My dog loved running around and sniffing everything at that beach. My suggestions are a few more towels in the bathrooms and kitchen, and also a chaise lounge on the back deck for sunbathing.

Excellent week at the shore

My husband & I stayed at the Villas over Memorial Day weekend and the week following and had an amazing time. Joe and Kelly were very responsive, and welcomed our pup, Harper as well. The beach is so close to the house and the back patio is absolutely stunning. The house is immaculate as well! Be warned: coming this time of year is peak breeding time for horseshoe crabs. I didn’t know this, but after my initial surprise of seeing hundreds of crabs, I actually started to really enjoy their company while we were on the beach. Honestly, could not have asked for a better week & experience!

Relaxing Workcation

We absolutely LOVED this house for a mid-week workcation for a few days. We met some lovely neighbors walking to the beach, learned a TON about the horseshoe crabs on the beach, and walked to a great Brick Oven Pizza place! My dog loved the fenced in back yard and the beach, and we were a short 20 minute drive to Cape May. The beds were super comfy and there was even a little work station in the Primary Bedroom. LOTS of space upstairs to spread out and work, and we even sat on the balcony to watch the water while we worked! Can't say enough great things about this place, and we'll definitely be visiting again!

Spring Break

This was a perfect getaway for my family of 6! It had everything we needed! We enjoyed being able to walk down to the beach for a morning walk or to catch the sunset! This part of cape May is quiet and relaxing with just a short drive into downtown cape May!

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly as pictured and everything feels brand new and is well done. The bay was steps away and great for the little ones to play on. We saw great sunsets from the beach although we didn't need to leave the porches for those! It was an easy ride to Cape May. The hosts could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend this house to family and friends.

A great place to vacation

We enjoyed our stay in the Villas. The house was immaculate and newly updated as well as very comfortable. We spent days exploring the nearby bay beaches where the sunsets are gorgeous. It's also not far from downtown Cape May and Wildwood. We would 100% recommend to friends and family.

Felt like home…but with a better view!

We had such a wonderful week at Joe’s place! Felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. Clean, spacious, plenty of natural light, and beautifully decorated for a beach town. We enjoyed our time in the house, and also loved its proximity to the beach. Not quite a swimming beach, but absolutely perfect for walks, runs, and just quietly relaxing on the sand listening to the nature around us. And best of all the sunset! We would totally try and stay here again for the great house, the great location, and the close proximity to all that Cape May has to offer.

Very comfortable nice house

Property located on the bay side of southern new Jersey at roughly 20 min from Cape May and Wildwood. It was very comfortable with plenty of sleeping arrangements, bathrooms, showers, outside porches and large kitchen. Decoration is very pretty and functionality is great. Perfect location for sunsets. Host communication excellent; we enjoyed our stay. Great place.

Joe and Kelly are the perfect hosts for your beach getaway. From the moment you walk in you can see Joe and Kelly are all about providing a relaxing, fuss-free experience. Attention to details and all the little finishing touches do make the difference. Something so simple like having cooking supplies and spices, shampoos, conditioners, and body wash available give you the comforts and feelings of being at home or staying with good friends. Great Stay!

My family and I had a great stay. The house was clean and comfortable and had just about everything we needed. The location was great- we could walk to the bay and it was an easy drive to the main beaches, restaurants and the Cape May Zoo. This is definitely a great house for families.
