Here you can enjoy all the shore has to offer: watching dolphins, looking for seashells, or just soaking up the sun and ocean breeze. "Baydreamer" is a reverse floorplan with the kitchen, living room, and dining room on the third floor. The open space allows for your family to spend time together cooking, eating, watching TV, or playing board games. Eat-in kitchen with center island accommodates 5 people. Separate dining area has seating for 8. Appliances include stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, and microwave.

Our home includes five bedrooms which have a king bed, two queen beds, two twin over twin bunk beds, and two twin beds. Each bedroom features a flat-screen smart TV with Amazon Fire with DirecTV Stream. Ceiling fans are included in the living room and in each bedroom with the exception of the two rooms with bunk beds.

The spa-like master bathroom features a slipper tub with direct views of the water in addition to the custom-tiled shower. The second and third bathrooms include a shower/tub combination.

The home includes a washer and dryer. DirecTV with HBO and high speed Internet/WiFi are included.

Public beach access is just one block away with a walk of just 200 feet. The location allows you to go from the beach and back to the house with ease, with no packing up for an all-day beach trip.
