After a day at the beach, the oversized enclosed outdoor shower makes rinsing off the sand easy—and there's plenty of room to get the kids cleaned up, too.

Comfortable One-Story Living

Backyard Oasis is a fully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath single-family home designed with families and multiple generations in mind.

Because everything is on one level, there's no need to worry about stairs when you're traveling with children, grandparents, or anyone who simply prefers easy, convenient living.

The split-bedroom layout provides an extra level of privacy that families and groups love. The king master suite is located on a separate side of the home from the other two bedrooms, giving parents or couples their own peaceful retreat while keeping the additional bedrooms together on the opposite side.

The open-concept living area brings everyone together, with a comfortable sectional sofa, dining table and breakfast bar all within sight of one another.

And after a full day of summer fun, everyone can settle into our extremely comfortable beds with deep luxury mattresses for a great night's sleep.

Sleeping accommodations for up to 9 guests are available depending on the adult/child combination. We prioritize a comfortable sleeping arrangement for everyone and reserve the right to determine appropriate occupancy.

We've stocked Backyard Oasis with the essentials you'll need to settle in and start enjoying your vacation.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided, so you don't have to fill the car with bulky items. Just bring your clothes, pool/beach towels, and your favorite vacation attitude!

One of the things that makes The Villas special is its location along the Delaware Bay. The bay is only a few blocks away, making it easy to enjoy the shoreline during the day and return for spectacular sunsets in the evening.

Grab a chair, take a short walk, and watch the sun disappear across the horizon. It's one of those simple Jersey Shore moments you'll remember long after your vacation is over.

Important Booking Information:

Peak summer rentals are 7-night weekly stays, with check-in/check-out available on Saturdays, due turnover-service availability. Mid-week, shorter or longer stays are only available when specifically listed.

No pets. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pet requests.

Local reservations: We do not book reservations for local guests. If you have visitors who need accommodations, they must make their own reservation in accordance with Vrbo policy.

Security & privacy: Exterior security cameras are in use for the safety and security of the property. There are no interior cameras.
